"They cleaned from top to bottom. We have 12ft high ceilings. They used tools to get the cobwebs off the the walls and ceilings. They dusted the tops of our vents, washed the interior bottom half of the windows (top half is too high for their step stool), wiped doors, ledges, base boards, swept and moped the floors by hand, dusted the furniture and knickknacks, vacuumed the mattress after dusting the vent and made the bed. They cleaned the bathrooms. In the kitchen, they cleaned the counters, wiped down the cabinets, the outside of the appliances, and the inside of the microwave. I considered trying another cleaning company due to the price. But I watched the girls in action on the second visit. They are very thorough and professional. I'm very pleased with the results. "My mom worked for a cleaning company years ago and knew the basics of what a housecleaning entailed. Anyway-the only really specific thing my mom requested was for the main bathroom to be really clean because our guests would be using it (obviously).

We left too to finish some shopping, and asked them to close the door behind them when they were finished. When we came back my mom and I were both surprised at all the dirt we found. The TV itself is a huge projection big screen so there was no fear of knocking it over- just an excuse to not clean the window blinds. They did a fair job but only after returning the next morning to finish. I wonder if they cleaned poorly because my mom insisted on receiving the discount."
