"I had used before for a soffit replacement and their profile said they did gutter repair and replacement. I called up and spoke to , told him I wanted an estimate for about 15 feet of gutter along the north side of my home about 20 feet off the ground. I called because I had noticed a gap between the of the roof and the gutter so I really wanted to make sure that was taken care of. took the necessary info from me and said he would be in touch. When he called the next day and told me he could do it that week I was glad that he was able to to fit me in so quickly. He then explained that it would be more cost effective for me to just replace the gutters rather than try to repair them which I had expected. We scheduled a day for the work and I asked that the guys coming out to call me and let me know they were inbound since I like to be ready. I wasn't expecting their call at 9:30 the next morning because normally when I have to wait for people to show up from a service company they tend to come later in the day. The two guys greeted me and went right to it after I showed them where my outside electrical outlets were. One of them went up on the roof while the other placed a ladder and they had the old one down and the new gutter up in about 30 minutes. I noticed that while they were up there they tightened some screws on gutters not related to the replacement job, which I really appreciated. I was really impressed with how quickly they got the job done while doing it well too. I plan to call at first if they ever pop up on an Angie's List again."

"In the beginning everything was going well. The owner was very helpful and gave us an estimate quickly. However, they would not give an exact start date. So we were not sure when we could or could not park in the driveway. They also came to do repairs later without letting us know. We were a little frightened to hear someone on the roof when we were unaware of anyone coming. They cut away part of our siding without telling us and then did not repair it for a month later. They did not fix the siding but just attached a metal piece underneath where they cut away. The gutters downspouts were repositioned with out explanation. They were willing to fix it, but it took numerous tries and a lot of time and appointments, before they would come or do it properly. In the end they completed the job, but it took many appointments, and lots of time cleaning the yard of debris, trash and lots of nails. Be careful letting kids or pets outside after they leave."

"It went quite well, except that the materials were delivered a day early. Our car was in the driveway, so they left the whole package on skids in the street. No problem; next day we moved the car and they got to work; the guy with the lift just had to make a second trip. Crew of about 7 or 8 guys showed up, very polite. They started about 8 and when I got home at 6 they were finished with the roof. It looks great, no problems.
A few days later he came back and did the gutters. He checked with me many times to get exact details on where I wanted things.
The installation of the gutters, covers and drain pipes is all very nicely done.
Right about now the leaf guards are starting to get their test. By now the old gutters would be full of leaves."

"Overall everything went well and as close to planned as possible. I was very impressed by the coordinated effort between all of the companies who worked on this project. I appreciated that came by to do a final walk through to make sure I was happy with the final product before payment was expected."

"Job did not happen. I would not recommend this company. Nor will we contact this company again. Their basic business conduct was very unprofessional. Work may have been good or great, but we will never know. We wonder if our job was too small for this company. If the job was too small we should have been told. We could have started our for additional bids sooner. Our time is just as valuable as Painting.
Customer's Response to the Provider Response
We are surprised at the company's response to our report. They still don't get it. First, we are not asking for an apology from Painting. Obviously, they don't think their business behavior was unprofessional. Clarification, they came out weeks later, but NO measurements were taken because my mom was out working in the yard and notified the crew chief that the work had already been done. Second, we now know their reasons for their business behavior, the location was not convenient to get to and the installer was busy (we only know this after submitting a report on this company). We are very appreciative to all the companies we had contacted before on Angie's list that, even though the work was not done, if they were unable to come out and give an estimate, they at least called and said they were unable to come out as promised or rescheduled. That is so professional!
Hopefully, this company will do a better job in the future in its communication with potential customers.Thanks for Angie's list for a great process."

" is Great! Came out and gave me an estimate for paint, guttering, power-washing wood rot repair and window cleaning. Price was a little higher than other estimates but was great to work with and worth extra money. Anytime there was issue, would immediately call me and let me know the issue and that it was being taken care of. One of his guys accidently cut a wire that was powering our A/C unit and he was very apologetic and fixed the problem with no questions. was at my home for over a week and now our house looks like new! We are very pleased with the work that and his crew do and will definitely use them in the future!"

"It was a pretty positive experience. I like the owner because I thought he was very upfront. He gave us a very reasonable bid which was in the ballpark of what I was expecting so I didn?t ask for bids from other people. We had a few extenuating circumstances due to the nature of our old house but I felt like he dealt with those well. He actually came back on a different day to install our rain barrels which we didn?t have at the time of the work. I wasn?t so confident with some of the people that worked for him."
