"I requested a bid from this company on 3 separate occasions. The owner scheduled to meet with me 3 separate times and failed to show each and every time. When he did finally show up to bid my job, it was unannounced and when I was having dinner. After bringing up my displeasure with his lack of communication which inconvenienced me, he became very rude, nasty, and abrasive. I decided to use another company as a result. Had he explained himself in regard to punctuality I may have been able to forgive and still do business with him. removed the old, broken asphalt, graded the area, and laid 4 inches of hot mix asphalt (approx 17 square yards). The bid took a little long to receive but once the deal was signed the job was performed inside a week. A four man crew showed up at the appointed time on the appointed day and completed the job in 2 1/2 hours. Everyone was courteous and they did a good job of cleaning up before they left."
