Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
is Great! Came out and gave me an estimate for paint, guttering, power-washing wood rot repair and window cleaning. Price was a little higher than other estimates but
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was great to work with and worth extra money. Anytime there was issue,
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
would immediately call me and let me know the issue and that it was being taken care of. One of his guys accidently cut a wire that was powering our A/C unit and he was very apologetic and fixed the problem with no questions.
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was at my home for over a week and now our house looks like new! We are very pleased with the work that
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew do and will definitely use them in the future!

"A tree had broken the window in our garage door and hired him just to try him out because we had such a bad experience with the guy that did our driveway and sidewalk. We hired him on a trial basis and were so happy with the job he did and it was so inexpensive. He was so conscientious that we hired him back a number of times and it was almost we became addicted to him. We pretty much to redo our entire kitchen and paint our

room and kitchen. The neat thing about him is that we have an older house that has a drop down ironing board and he asked us if have an iron and I said we

?t and he said I did think because most people

?t anymore. He said I see you cook a lot and I said I did and he asked me if I wanted him to make that into a

rack and I asked him how much and he said $3. IT turned out amazing and he was really creative suggesting improvements, but not being pushy. He is such a down to earth guy and I felt real comfortable leaving him in my house and going out. I couldn?t be happier with him. He is not a licensed electrician, but I had a big hole in my kitchen from where the previous owners were. He put in like an installed microwave for me and sealed and trimmed the hole and put recess lightening in there and I paid about $100 for that. We employed him for almost 2 months. He doesn?t do tile and roofing, but almost anything else he does.

Kansas City General Contractors Reviews

"I was able to make an appointment for the estimate very quickly - he was able to meet me the day after my call. He arrived on time, and provided the estimate at that time. The price was reasonable - but he didn't seem to feel comfortable with the complexity of the job. ($600.00)"

"They were very friendly, making sure to explain everything to us so as to keep us informed. The job was also done very well and in a good amount of time. We have received many compliments on our house and couldn't be more pleased."

and his employee
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
did a wonderful and thorough job! The area around my outdoor water spigot needed repair work for wood rot which he fixed quickly and efficiently. He also went out of his way to match the paint for the pantry door he installed and drop if off at my home after the job was complete.

also did a great job on the regrouting of the shower stall. They truly are "A" performers!! I already have an appointment for them to return to handle additional work."

"When
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
gave me the bid, he pointed out that he could try to fix all the exterior defects on the house (replace weathered trim, add/repair gutters, etc.) very cheaply as he is a general contractor not just a painter. This saved time and money. Most of the other painters I spoke with would have sub-contracted the work or would not do it. The guys started on time. Some additional work was added to the job (replacing a missing column under the mud room)for very little additional money and it didn't increase the length of the job much. We were initially planning to paint a darker gray.
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
suggested the color we had chosen might be too dark for the house so he bought small cans of each of several similar shades and painted sections for us to see the difference. This allowed us to contemplate the options while they prepped the house. He was right. The shade we had initially chosen was too dark. The color he suggested looks great. The only problem I had was that they painted some rock trim that I told them I did not want them to paint. They were sorry when they realized the error and offered to strip the paint (which is all you can really do in a situation like that), but the rock really looked better painted. After they finished, they power washed the sidewalks and driveway. The house looks amazing. I am thoroughly satisfied and will hire them again.

"It went great from start to finish; wished I'd done it sooner! Tillar arrived when he said he would, he made helpful suggestions and he was a joy to work with. We're thrilled with the results."

"
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
came out as scheduled and took about an hour looking over what needed to be done. He seemed very knowledgeable and showed me some issues I wasn't aware of, and then provided reasonable options to address those issues. As he left, he stated that he would get back to me within a week with an estimate, but it's been a couple of weeks already and I've never heard back from him. I was prepared to hire him, so it was a disappointment."

"Mr.
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
came to look at the proposed work when he said he would come. He gave me an estimate, completed the work entirely to my satisfaction the first time and charged me what he estimated. All in all a very professional transaction. The work was well done. Additionally, it was frickin' cold out when they did this work and they still completed it on schedule."

"The job was started on time and completed in 3 1/2 days. The entire project was completed within the cost that was estimated.
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew were very happy to answer my questions and explain any part of what they were doing and why. His crew were friendly and productive and professional in the work performed. Suggestions were made about painting the porch and front door, which I hadn't even considered when planning the work. I appreciated the positive response from
Kansas City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his ability to do the extra work with a minimum of additional cost. I am very pleased with the job performed and would not hesitate to refer anyone to him and his company for work. He made me feel comfortable with the entire process and never once made me question my decision to use his company. His honesty and pride in the work they perform was as important to me as the cost. I feel he provided what I wanted, a good job at a fair price and a job well done. It was nice to feel I could trust his word and work.
