"I talked on the phone with a sales person about the type of tires I needed for my car. He provided several options, and we agreed on a set. He checked to see if they had these tires in stock (they did), and we scheduled an appointment to put them on. I arrived at the store, and they quickly printed off the order. The tires were balanced and installed in a little over an hour (while I waited). The staff was professional and courteous."
