"Its been over a month since came to our house to give us a bid. He told us that he would get us a bid in the following week. When I didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks, I called him back. He apologized and said that he was really busy, but that he would get us our estimate in about 4 days. It's now been a couple more weeks. ...more After 1 month, we still don't have a bid. He seemed very nice and professional, but now appears to be just another contractor who makes promises that he can't or won't keep. At this point, it is very unlikely that I will use this company."

I called and they did not know that I was one of their customers nor did they have the kitchen designer's plans. Taking all of this as a bad sign, I called to cancel any future meetings with the company. I had not signed a contract even though I had been meeting with someone from the company for 2.5 months."
