"Very good experience. Prompt response to estimate, Kept to estimate. Called ahead when time changed. There was misunderstanding about what was to be done on steps but that was taken care of in a very timely manner. Workers were professional and pleasant."

"I used to waterproof the house. They recommended an extra tough Watchdog sealant, french drains, and a sump pit (just in case). The salesman was very knowledgible. He said if the sump pit ever had water in it, just call and they'd be right out to put in the pump.
We ended up having three leaks. One was in the corner of the foundation and two in the suspended garage area. It look like the cement guys didn't do a good job, it was way above the waterproofing. Actually, none of the leaks were 's fault.
I called and a guy came by the next day ( just like they told me they would). They sealed the foundation and the garage area. That was over 8 years ago. The installer was knowledgible and nice.
we've never had water in the sump pit. we've never had a leak at the other two places either.
I would recommend for all your needs. They performed just like you'd expect: They told me what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and did exactly that. I only wish my plumber and HVAC companies were that good."

"Excellent workmanship and punctuality. costs came in right at their estimate. While expensive, there work is worth the cost. They were always easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions."

"This was a one day project. It went well except for one aspect. The crew inadvertantly cut a gas line while digging the trench for the drain pipe. They immediately notified the home owner as well as their suprervisor and appropriate service personnel were able to repair the gas line and stop the gas flow within 60 minutes. There was good response to my initial call with a site visit within 3-4 days and a proposal within a week. Actual work was delay approximately 30 days due to weather, but once scheduled was complete on time and on bid. Crew was knowledgeable and effective and bidder was efficient and professional. No water has gotten in the house since the completion of the project and the drain performs as promised."

"I asked him how much it would cost to fix the 4 cracks at issue and he said $1,000. He then, at my request, described how he does his work. He also offered that the work had a lifetime guarantee. I felt hesitant to spend that much and asked him if this work would prevent future settling problems. He said that it wouldn't. He further offered that it would probably be better to do some preventative work with backfill around the house and then see if future rains produced water in the cracks at issue. If they continued to leak after the work was done, he could then come out and fix the problem. He further assured me that the cracks at issue were not structural cracks. I really appreciated his honesty and the opportunity to discuss how to best maintain my foundation. I will definitely hire him if the cracks prove to be problematic after we have done the preventative work. I highly recommend him to others."

"We had concerns that it wasn't done good enough since we thought the soil needed to slope downward away from the house and there was an area where it didn't look like it was sloping down so we called them to come back and they redid it. It looked like it went down more. The good thing is that it was done in the fall and we have had rain, ice, and snow, and the basement is dry so it looks like we have good results."

"It took 3 phone calls to to get a call back from the receptionist to make the initial appointment, and no one was available to come out for four weeks. The gentleman that came out looked about 18 and said he'd have his boss come by as well for a look and that we'd have the estimate in 2 weeks. We received the estimate 7 weeks later, after numerous phone calls to contact him. To be fair, the receptionist was pleasant and did her best to get us even a phone call back from the engineer. But she does not answer the phone when it rings; she only returns calls. There was a $10 gas charge for coming to the house."

" arrived at my place and set to work chipping away loose sediment and then filling in the cracks with mortar. He then mixed a silicon gel and covered the mortar filled cracks to create a water . This work carries a 5 year warranty. was very friendly and professional. He even filled in a few smaller cracks that hadn't been covered in the estimate with his excess material. The work took about 5 hours for him to complete. After talking with others about their experiences I think that I received excellent service at a competitive cost."

" , the other, and his foremen and were all great to work with. The crew was on time, worked hard, took pride in their work and were considerate; important because I have a home office. There was more work to be done than originally thought, so I doubt they made much on the job, but they didn't complain or slack off and didn't submit a higher bill at the end. That really made an impression on me."
