picked up the van and returned it promptly. I forgot and left the license plates on the van. Later, when I had to remove them, I noticed that the area behind the license plate was cleaned, too."

uniformly does a good job, the help work had to ensure there is not any water left on the outside of the car, the inside windows are always clean and all surfaces are dusted and rugs vacuumed."

"I expected near perfection for $195. When I returned for my car after 5 hours I found multiple areas that had to be redone: tar still on outside, misc. Debris between seats, door panels not completely wiped down, interior of suv hatch not wiped down. The owner used paint thinner to remove the tar and shout liquid stain remover to wipe down the seats and interior, not

's products. He used an air blower to blow between the seats to remove the debris and it was obvious that hadn't been done the first time the car was cleaned. I did have quite a bit of dog hair on the carpets and they did a good job of vacuuming that out. Aside from the tar, the exterior of the car looked nice. Unsure if they used 3 coats of wax. The owner stated multiple times that he wanted me to be satisfied and would continue to clean the car to my satisfaction. I just didn't feel I got a $195 auto detail job, but this is my first auto detail experience so perhaps my expectations were too high.

"The carpet was poor quality, but I didn't expect much for $300. I drove straight home, took the mats out to let adhesive dry, & didn't drive it until next day when I found new carpet saturated w/ pink, oily fluid. My mechanic confirmed it was coolant, said the heater core must be damaged, and advised me to take it to the dealer for warranty. Dealer found a screw driven through the new carpet into the heater core. I called a & a owner and reported this, & explained (nicely) that it must've happened at a & a because there'd been no coolant leak prior to leaving car there, and it hadn't been touched by anyone else before I discovered leak. Owner denied responsibility, was verbally abusive, & blamed my mechanic or the dealership. After dealership mgr. Talked to him; a & a agreed to fix the heater core, but damaged the replacement part too. We filed a small claims suit & settled for $1500 (18 mos. Later) covering most of the damages, but not lost work hours, car rental & time."

"I bought a used car that had an awful smoke odor, so I purchased the Angie's list special on auto detailing through Sunflower. I was impressed when I dropped off the car as to their knowledge of from where the smoke odor could be eminating. They ran about 2 hours later than their estimated time, so I'd recommend calling before pick up. I was amazed at how clean the car was both inside and out. Overall, I would use them again.
