The first 12-15 inches seemed clean, but when you shine a flashlight up there I could see that it had not been touched. I paid for nothing."

"I discontinued my service with them when I moved because their technicians were very sloppy. They were very messy in application of chemicals. Their duct cleaning tech did not return all registers/screws back in place and even knocked a return down in our basement. It's an old house, but I thought that was unprofessional and somewhat careless."
