Instead of hearing when things would begin we were told the repairs were not covered after all so we had no choice but to hire our own contractor to do the repairs for a cost of $5700.00, almost as much as we paid for the siding initially. We contacted the BBB to report WCI's warranty denial and through the companies rebuttals they accused us of negligence even after seeing our documentation of the damage that had occurred. This company, in our opinion, is dishonorable and unscrupulous. Be warned if you choose to use them. "
