"Price was based on us doing the demo first and purchasing the materials. We removed the carpet (easy) and vinyl flooring (hard work). He gave us a special deal since he lives next door and had no commute. I'm sure he'd charge a lot more for a regular job where he had travel time, fuel and of course, if he were supplying/acquiring the materials. (Didn't want folks expecting him to give them the price we got after reading this post).
We picked up the wood, baseboard, 1/4 round molding and glue.
and his partner installed our bamboo floors and trim in record time and finished with the 5 1/2 inch baseboards to make our house look fabulous. Everything looks totally professional and the job was done as promised, on time."

"I had a spot of mold in the corner of my garage drywall that was slowly expanding. A previous job at our house (water mitigation, insurance assignment) had given me a good impression of , and they actually snapped a picture of it at the time. Six months later, I got around to dealing with it, and the manager remembered our home and still had the photos from that observation. With that, we were able to see that indeed, it was growing. They sent me a job estimate over email and I was able to sign, scan, and email it back.
I was contacted by a drywall guy (from Gator Drywall) who arranged to come and cut out the spot and look for a cause. If there had been evidence of a roof leak, the job would have stopped and changed, per the original work argeement. Fortunately, there was nothing to indicate it was more than superficial (in fact, he showed me the drywall section he cut out and the mold didn't even go all the way through). He even invited me to stick my head into the exposed crawl space so I could be reassured. Then he put a drywall patch over it, put 2 coats to smooth it out and put texture on the area of the ceiling that was damaged. At that point it had dry overnight before he could prime and paint it, so we made an appointment for the next day.
Unfortunately, due to a sudden doctor's visit, I had to call and postpone him for a few hours, but it was no problem (or so he said). He came with a small pot of matched paint for the wall and white paint for the ceiling, and now you can't even tell where the spot was. He also covered nearby objects in the garage with plastic so drywall dust didn't get on them and cleaned up everything. And he put up with curious kids asking him what he was doing every 30 seconds."

"This was the second job I hired and his crew to do. They did such a wonderful job the first time and everything looked so good, I wanted to do another room. and were prompt, as usual and got right to work. They did an awesome job, as expected! Next day and his paint assistant prepped and painted room and gave me exactly what I wanted! kept in touch with me throughout the day as work progressed. I was just as pleased with this room as I was on his previous job he did just a month ago!! is very detailed and works really hard to please you!!!!"

" was very professional. He worked with us on the estimate of this project. We had damage to the floor and ceiling from water and several fogged window panes. offered advice about how to fix the problem. He supervised the job directly, which we appreciate. His crew cleaned up each day. There are a few things not quite right, but these are minor. Overall a good job, and we will work with him again. His follow through and reliability stand out in a field where we've been disappointed many times."

"Good initially, but after the job was done I started to notice chipped tiles, and other imperfections. A crack in one tile had grout applied to it, in (what appears to be) an attempt to cover it. He fixed that tile, and another cracked tile, but used a different shade of grout than the rest of the shower. I did not see this until the grout dried, or else I would have spoken up while he was here. I have expressed other chips/minor imperfections in the tile/craftsmanship. He agreed to fix it when I had the materials he needed. I let him now I had the material, and haven't heard back, he does not respond to email and his phone is out of service."

"It could not have gone better. Touch up was completed as soon as we called to notify Tiller that in two places the grouting had shrunka little. That was immediately corrected. The price was exactly what had been originally quoted and very reasonable."

"After signing contract, paid $3500 to start job. Mr. had disagreement on contract - something he did not "mean" to include but was in both his contract and email to me - painting replaced wood. He was supposed to research and back with me. After the first day of work, no one showed up the following day to complete the work. He did not call or make contact to explain reason for no show. He has cashed funds and has not returned multiple calls and emails to resolve issue. He does not have an office location that can be visited. I hoped to be able to reach an agreement with him but to this day he has refused to accept my calls, attempts to contact him by certified mail have been refused as documented by postman."
