"They were going to pick up my daughter's stuff up between the 6th and the 9th. We changed it (in

) to move so they would pick up her stuff on the 20th. She needed to be back by Sunday the 22nd because she started her master's program on Monday the 23rd. I was told that the driver would contact us the week before letting us know whether they would move her on Friday or Saturday. My daughter started calling them 3 times a day to try and get an answer but they were unresponsive. They never called her back and she had to harass them to get an answer--in which they tell her they can't pick her up Friday or Saturday. I was furious because she had a flight to get back at 5:30 on Sunday. The company blew me off and eventually I had to tell them we were going with someone else. They did offer to refund my deposit but there was no way they could take away the stress we had been under this past weekend. We put everything on hold to get this move done and they completely messed us up. I had called another moving company on late Saturday afternoon and they made sure to get to her apartment by 8 am on Sunday and get her out of there by noon so she could catch a flight. They even did it for the same amount of money. This second company's quick action and responsiveness showed me even more how unprofessional
