Service worked for me on a weekly basis for 5 years or so. They are very professional and reliable. I have a small yard, and they charged $30 per week year round. They always showed and did good quality work and handled the lawn for me for approximately 4 years. However, they used a weedeater in

and asked him to look at it and tell me what was happening. He did not show up when scheduled. When he did appear, he told me he had no idea why it was all dying. He said he would come back in a week and check it again. He did not return until I called him approximately 5 times. He then told me that he would have to contact the sod company where he purchased the sod (A-1 sod). Several calls later he told me that he was bringing the sod company manager with him to look at it. They never showed up. All the sod he installed died completely. I had a test performed on my soild and sod and the pallets that were installed had a fungus that the rest of the lawn does not have.

We still have all the SOD delivered on 5/4 sitting in our yard rotting away. Thru out it has taken many voice messages & emails from us before he would respond with an excuse each time. He still has not responded from our last email/Voice message left on 6/3/10."

I never saw him chemically treat roots and he never discussed doing so. The worst problem of all is that they damaged our neighbor?s house with his equipment. This company had to use a Bobcat (small dump truck looking vehicle) and the Bobcat hit the neighbor?s house destroying the neighbors gutter and putting a hole in the roof.
