They did a really great job.
was able to come in and gave us good advice as far as what to do. He immediately noticed that our water closet door was larger than normal, and that by converting it to the smaller size, we could enlarge our shower, which was the whole purpose (we had a ridiculously small shower for a master bathroom). He also showed us that by moving the tub from being lengthwise under the window, to turning it that we could have a much larger tub (we now have a 72 inch tub in there!). Everyone did a great job.
did the tile and it looks great. The people that worked on our project were
, and
and they were all very nice, even when my 3 year old kept bothering them!! They seem to have a knack to look at a room and see what can be done with it, to envision the space and know what can be done. We never would have thought to do what we finally did on our own!! The price was for the labor, our total cost for the bathroom (in case anyone was wondering for their own budget) was right at $10,000. That is with the labor, the supplies they use (which they give the bill at the end but that was only about $700 think), then we had the larger tub, the tile, which was mostly inexpensive as far as tile goes, but then I wanted the pebble tile on the floor and the glass tile for the border, all new faucets, shower heads, and then the glass for the shower, which is included in the $10,000 but that was from a different vendor (who was also awesome) but on its own was about $1200. All in all, what started out as re-grouting our old shower that turned into a bathroom makeover was a pretty good experience. After taking a shower in our new large shower and taking a bath in a tub that you can stretch all the way out in, it was totally worth the $$$!!

Woodworks, etc. did an outstanding job installing new cabinets in our mudroom and in our laundry area. Additionally, they installed new granite countertops and a new tile backsplash in our kitchen and in our laundry area. We sought several estimates for this job and WW was in the middle when it came to cost – some were higher and some were cheaper. We chose to work with WW because we were impressed upon our first meeting with
; he was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided us with a quick and extremely thorough estimate and breakdown of what would be included in our project. He seemed to understand our needs very well and kept the overall vision in mind throughout the process. Once the project started, we were impressed
with the thoroughness and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
spent a great deal of time making sure every detail was just right. His craftsmanship was excellent! We would like to extend the highest accolades to this company. They did a superb, high-quality job and we are pleased with the meticulous way in which they approached each step of the project. Very professional! Thank you!

We have had multiple problems with the installation of the cabinets and countertops starting within in six months of when the work was completed. Some of the problems were resolved satisfactorily by

The bathroom remodel turned out beautifully. This was a complex remodel that involved removing everything down to the studs, including a corner tub that was being converted into a shower.

then had to re-level the floor, put up cement board and build a custom shower tray. He then installed roughly one ton of marble on the floor, walls and ceiling (in the shower). The marble pattern was difficult and

’s daughter and the tile installer – did a terrific job following the design with very tight tolerances. They also installed a new vanity, lighting, plumbing hardware and accessories. The finished bath blended very well with the rest of the house. The closet remodel also turned out very well.

created a nice walk in closet in the bedroom and a very useful linen closet in the hallway, including building custom shelving for both. He also had to do some woodworking magic to get two doors from two different locations in the house to match up for the linen closet, which now look like they were made to be a pair.

also paid attention to the details, having all the original brass hardware polished and using oil paint to give the woodwork great shine. Like the bath, both closets fit the house very well, which was hard to do. I had made up very detailed plans for this remodel, which

followed very well. I also made a number of changes to the design as the project progressed, which

handled professionally through change orders. I am very picky about the details on these jobs and I was very pleased with how this turned out. As a result of the great work

was doing on the bath and closet we asked him to do a number of other smaller jobs while he was at the house, including repairing and refinishing several ceilings in the house. He also painted several rooms and did other repairs, all of which were done with high quality. Throughout the job

and team kept the workspace neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves every day. They also had a full crew working every day; I felt that they were very diligent in completing the work quickly but in a high-quality manner. I definitely recommend

FANTASTIC WORK! Before we found

our bathroom was a disaster... now it is beautiful! We had our bathtub/shower area tiled with 24"x24" porcelain tile to the ceiling, installed 18"x18" floor tile extending it into the closet area and added a rain shower.

The professional who came out to take measurements for our glass door install said the workmanship on the remodel is outstanding.
Great company. A couple of miscommunications but we were able to work through those just fine.

is a good old-fashioned contractor. He makes sure he knows what you want, and itemizes everything to include on your very detailed quote. Bill did not ask for any monies up front to start our project. His guys came in on time every day, protected my floors and surfaces and cleaned up every day before they left.
Their carpentry and tile work is outstanding, and he only hires the best subs to do plumbing, windows, electrical, etc. Now, Bill's prices are higher than what you would get quoted from other contractors, but in the case of my beautiful new bathroom, it was totally worth it, and we got what we paid for.
Bill's guys were all trustworthy, and I could have them come to my home when I wasn't there, and I could leave my home while they were working without worrying that something would be missing when I got home. I felt like the extra I paid for Bill was peace of mind knowing that these guys were treating my house as if it were their own.
If you can afford to go the extra with Bill, you won't be disappointed!

They were nice, punctual and professional. However, the quote was shocking because it cost as much to put the wall up as to take it down. We were told when the wall went up (different contractor) that a great deal of the cost was to make custom crown molding to match the living room. My realtors said it would cost about $1500 to take it down, so the $4500 quote was not going to get the job. When I told the company, thanks, but you are way over priced, they immediately discounted the price by $1500. I was shocked once again. Any company who drops that much off their quote, is not a company that I thought gave me a fair price to start with. I didn't want to write this, but this is why we use Angie's list.

Provider lead me to believe he is a licensed contractor, which he is not. Used below par sub-contractors.

was supposed to be all wood, some cabinets were all wood some were wood and particleboard. Some cabinets were ordered in the wrong size and provider refused to replace. Wrong color hardware (handles) were ordered and provider refused to replace. Granite countertop was unacceptable, broken and pieced together, installed uneven, and provider refused to replace. Provided insisted on up-charging for things that should have been part of the remodeling processing, such are repairing the opening made while rerouting the water line for the refrigerator. In the bath, the tiling the shower was horrible. It was done twice and still not right. Tiles were uneven and points were sticking out with sharp edges. The plumbing the sink was put so close to the shower that the smallest vanity would have to be situated right against to the frameless glass shower with no space. The provider wanted to reuse the old, broken baseboards and door jamb, I had to buy new and have the workmen install what I bought rather than use the old.
The provider wanted a "punch list" before even completing the job and when he didn't like what was on the list, because I was being "too picky", he walked off the job. I hired an attorney, the provided met with my attorney, walked to project with the attorney, agreed to accept a "punch list:" from the attorney and when furnished with the list, never scheduled a timetable with the attorney to rectify and complete the project. We are now in litigation.

We worked with a wonderful person,
Jacksonville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
, who made great suggestions. She suggested we remove a half wall in the kitchen which opened the room up and just love it. All the counters were raised and a few custom cabinets were made to give us extra storage. She spent as much time with us as we needed. Everyone there was great to work with. Anytime we had questions or needed something done, they were right there. They thought it would take about a month and it did. Everyone was very professional and a pleasure to work with. It was so nice to have everything coordinated from one place. We both work and we had no problem having everyone in our house when we were gone. They let us know who would be there and when. We would definitely use them again.

The person in charge would not listen when I told him that the bookcase they were building was not what I ordered but they proceeded telling me I would like it anyway. What they built was not what I ordered and did not fit my needs so they had to rebuild it that took additional time. The finished the job and I am happy with the results
