"It went pretty well. There was a delay between their first contact (on time) and when they reached me to schedule the appointment (like 3 days). It's a recently purchased house that previously had renters for a few years, so not sure how much upkeep ...more had been performed recently. He performed the service, which included the clearing the drain line which had been backing up. During the service he found a couple capacitors that needed to be replaced, totaled about $350 (one looked pretty bad, not sure about the other). I also asked him to try and figure out the correct filter size since the one in there was too small, he was wrong by about 3.5 inches. About a day after the service the line started backing up again. I called them back about a week later and they immediately sent him back. After a more thorough inspection of the drain line a large clog was found and removed. Everything is working great. I was very happy with the responsiveness when I called them back. So all in all, a little more thorough inspection during the first visit could have probably solved the problem on the first try, but everything worked out in the end. "

" Went great, I waited almost a week to write this review and it is still working. If the leak wasn't found he recommended a couple of choices to try but didn't have to make that decision. Recommendations are still in the back of my mind ...more in case they are needed.

's did not call my husband upon arrival to my father's house. Instead, he began to look at the AC unit, part of which is in the garage. My father's car was parked in the garage in the area he needed to access and the technician wanted more room. My father is legally blind and no longer drives, ...more so the technician attempted to turn on the car's ignition and back the car out. The car would not start because we have the battery disconnected in case my father tries to drive it. Thus, the technician couldn't get the car to start and my father couldn't explain why. The technician still did not call my husband whose phone number, we found out later, the technician had the whole time. Instead, the technician asked my father who services his car and my father told him. The technician then called the dealership himself and arranged for my father's car to be towed to the dealership for repair. The technician then left my father's house, stating he'd be back to work on the AC later when the car was gone. He still made no phone call to my husband.
A little later, the
's technician came back to my father's house and the car was still in the garage. The technician still did not call my husband. Evidently, he felt he could put the car in neutral and push it out of the garage, which is what he did. At this point, I realize we should have heard from
's by now, so I call my father to find out what's going on. My father tells me, as best he can, what has transpired. I ask to speak to the
's technician immediately, my father puts him on the phone. I inform him he was to do nothing without calling my husband first. I inform him I am the legal decision maker for my father which is why he is to deal with my husband and I first! I tell him not to touch the AC and leave the premises immediately. He tells me has already begun working on the AC unit and that he can't leave immediately. At this point, I became irate. I used a couple expletives and threatened to call the police, unfortunately, while explaining again he was to do no work without talking to my husband! He left immediately. I called the dealership just in time to cancel the tow truck. I called
's to complain and was asked, "Do you remember the exact name of the person you talked to when you scheduled the appointment that told you the technician would call first?" Pathetic. I cancelled any future maintenance services with
. We then called another AC company who arrived 2 hours later and fixed the problem, all the while keeping us informed through every step of the process. We will never use
stopped by that afternoon. Before entering the house he slipped on shoe covers even though we had wood floors. This showed that he respected our home so that was a big plus to me. He proceeded to do his check and determined the compressor was bad. ...more He broke down our options, gave us prices for each option and made sure we understood the potential issues. We opted for the complete system replacement since it included a 10 year warranty. We were pleasantly surprised when
told us that they could install the new system the following day! We were fully expecting the install would have to be scheduled later in the week.
The following day
showed up promptly at 8:00 am for the install and told us that it would likely be an all day affair. He took down the old system and we asked him if we could keep the coils to take to the salvage yard to recoup some of the cost. He said that would be no problem.
completed the install around 5:00 pm, cleaned up and did his final check.
After 3 days without air conditioning in the Florida heat we were very happy that Chase was able to fit us into the schedule so quickly. I can't stress how happy we are with the service provided especially with
