"The day the work was to be started, a single worker came to the house, no sign of the owner. Worried that the person that showed up to do the job was impaired, I called to voice my concerns and to ask that they call him and ask him to leave my house. This was VERY unprofessional on the companies part as well as the workers. When the owner showed up to briefly check in, nothing was shared with me, the worker was left in my house. The floors were over-sanded. My cabinets are made of laminate with base bards of the same that meet up to the wood floor. They are 80% etched where the sander had contact with the baseboard and it's very noticeable. The owner seeing the destruction and my unhappiness took approx 15% off the end price. When they came back they sanded the floors and they showed me a sample of the special ordered black stain and it was perfect. They sanded and applied 3 coats of Polyurethane over 4 days. The last day was fine sanding and buffing. The floor is gorgeous. Their work was professional and their over-all service was exceptional. They are coming back to do my oak floors. I personally feel I lucked out when I found them and hired them to do my floor."
