"The project went very well. After my initial contact, via email, responded within an hour and set up an appointment to give me an estimate. He was on time to the appointment and was able to write up my estimate on the spot at which time I scheduled the work to be done. He was very professional and friendly. The day of the installation the crew (2 men) arrived on time and they too were very friendly (their work clothes were neat and clean and were able to communicate very effectively). They worked very well together and were very hard workers. I was not home when they completed the project, but was pleased to find that the installation looked fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves very well (they were so clean you would never have known worked around the house). I was really impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely refer AA Gutters to friends or have them back out for additional work if ever needed."

" (company president) came out to my house promptly to give me an estimate and a selection of several colors for the gutters and downspouts. The work was scheduled within two weeks and the installers did a perfect job. The bill was exactly the same as the estimate. After realizing I had selected the wrong color on three of the downspouts, gladly changed them out at no extra charge. "Benchmark Gutters provided a very informative and convincing estimate and company background document. I selected them from 3 estimates that I received, not being the least expensive. I was confident that I would be most happy with their service, and was proved to be right. Following the installation, the gutter in the rear of my home began to sag. Benchmark gutters came back out and discovered that I had rotten wood damage underneath the aluminum sheathing on my home's fascia. They removed the gutter so the wood could be repaired. Once I repaired the damaged fascia, Benchmark came back out again and re-installed the gutter. They also provided me with a couple of extra turns for my downspouts, that I requested, that were not in the original quotation. Never once did Benchmark request extra money for the additional labor they put in to making sure I was completely satisfied. I have always felt that the measure of a great company is when the job DOES have problems and how they are dealt with. Anyone can do a good install when the conditions are ideal. It takes a great company to perform when the conditions are "rotten." I highly recommend ."

"I used Angie's List to get Gutter Master's name. came out and gave us an estimate. She was on time, very courteous and knew her stuff. The job was scheduled for about two weeks out since they were busy. Two days before the appointment called and rescheduled since they were behind because of the recent rains. Mr. and an employee arrived 15 minutes early, installed the gutters very quickly and did a very good job. Very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company."

"Horrific. Terrible. Will have to take legal action to get any money back or sub-standard work re-done. He purchased an excessive amount of supplies for a very small job. For example, he bought 5 gallons of paint to repaint the two rows of shingles when one was more than enough. He did not buy primer. He did not install new flashing on my roof as contracted. On the part where he was to re-shingle, he did not even put the felt down, even though he had purchased it. The shingles were buckled and lumpy. He was trying to modify my deck stairs and the result was cosmetically a disaster and at that point I asked him to stop working until we could figure out how to "remedy" the situation: the lack of flashing, the lack of felt, et cetera."
