"She is very personable, she has a great bedside manner, she doesn?t try to rush you through things, and she makes sure that you understand the problem and what you should do. My wife has been seeing her for about 20 years and I started using her when I retired from the military. They have a brand new facility that they moved in to in February. The staff is the same and the quality of care is still great, but it is about half a mile down the street. When I call to make an appointment I get someone who is responsive to what I am trying to do."

. The only complaint I have about this office is that it seems they are never on time. I had a 10:30 appointment. Got there at 10:15. My name was called until 11:30. The excuse I was given was that people were showing up late for their appointments. This happens all the time at this office. I have never been in and out in under an hour. They really need to do something about this. Stich is great and I think he is the best, but the wait times are horrible."

"I arrived ontime and only waited 10 minutes before nurse took my weight and height and ask for a clean catch urine sample. After the sample was deposited in the little door, I was shown to the exam room. Sympton checklist was given to me to complete. The nurse checked my medications for accuracy. Blood presure was taken as well as temperature. Dr.entered exam room within 5 minutes. She reviewed the checklist and we discussed the results in detail. She proceeded to examine heart, legs, feet, lungs, ears, nose, mouth, abdomen, arms, and hands. She then ask me to drop my pants and she examined my genitals and performed a prostate exam. She was very gentle and professional throughout the exam and all the while letting me know what she was looking at and why. We then discussed the results of all the tests and labs. "
