"The back of our tub had a small shelf; we expected it to be covered with the tub overlay. They had to seam three small pieces together with caulk, so much for a seamless overlay. A portion of the shower wall panel (which is supposed to look like tile) did not get cut to the contour of the tub. The installer bent the shower panel over leaving an awkward curve that you would never have with real tile. We contacted

countless times. It took well over 6 months to get them to agree to replace the panel, we did not want yet another seam. It was virtually impossible to contact Mr.

. His assistants (when they answered the phone) would say that is up to Bill and he will call you back. Yet again, we scheduled installation and the installer did not show. To not risk damaging the existing overlay and as they agreed to forfeit $400.00 we owed on the job, we agreed to have them cut (another small seam) and install just enough panel to solve the problem."
