"The dryer ran but didn't heat. I did everything I could find on the internet to diy it. At the point of 'I need a professional,' on Friday evening, my husband started calling companies out of the phone book. After several unfruitful calls, 
from called us! He had been on another line and my husband hung up before could answer. He star69ed us! Customer service and satisfaction is that important to this company.
He talked candidly with my husband and I without losing patience nor did he cagily try to not answer questions so he could score a service call!
When we determined that he needed to come out, my husband was so happy with the way conducted himself on the phone that he was happy to fork over the $ for the service call.
set our appt. for first thing Saturday morning. He showed up on time, fixed the problem which was if you know what you're doing. Showed us how to do it ourselves if it ever happened again and put the dryer (which I had taken apart) back together for us. He charged us only for a service call with a military discount! He also gave us some recommendations for our other ancient appliances. If we need any more large appliance repair done, we will definitely be calling these folks."

"Repairman came at assigned time. Icemaker had been leaking water for several weeks and we could not figure out what was wrong with the icemaker. It turned out to be a loose tube which was easily repaired."

"Great experience!
We purchased a used refrigerator off the internet for extra food storage in our garage. The freezer was working, but the fridge was not. Evidently the fan was not blowing the cold air from the freezer down to the fridge. Mr. fixed the fan in a short period of time and the fridge has been working fine.
He also looked at our primary refrigerator as items placed in the bottom drawer were freezing, yet the fridge was set to the recommended temperatures. Mr. explained how the motherboard runs the entire system in this type of fridge and provided several steps to take to determine if it was a problem with the entire motherboard (which would cost $400) or just a situation where the motherboard needed to be reset by unplugging it."

"Very well. I described the symptoms to Mr. over the phone. He suggested a couple of things I could try possibly correct the problem. When those didn't work, we scheduled a time and he arrived with the necessaries parts to fix the problem."

"We were very please with this company, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. We did not have to wait for them to arrive. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They determined the problem was a broken belt, which they did not have on their truck. However, they went for the part, came back and finished the repair work. The completed job was approximately 1 hour."

"I called on a Monday morning and was able to get a technician out the same day. He was on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He called for availability of the part and gave me a price at that time. He didn't have the part on hand, but was available the next day to replace the part. Again, he was on time and was in and out very quickly. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again."

"I was very lucky to have gotten American out on such short notice. I called them at noon and they were out to look at my refrigerator by 3pm. They took only one hour for the service call and advised me that I need a new compressor which will cost around 800 dollars or so. I haven t decided if I am going to buy a new fridge or replace this as of yet."
