"we've taken our house rabbits to Dr. 
for fourteen years. She's the only local vet we trust to treat them. She's very knowledgable about rabbit care and health (suprisingly, rabbit vet care is very specialized). Her techs and office staff are all friendly and wonderful with the animals. "

"Fabulous experience from the very start! The staff was very curteous and professional on the phone and were able to work me quickly into the schedule. I was very impressed by the clinic, it was clean, state of the art, and had a friendly comfortable atmosphere. My dog, Teeny, and I were greeted by a very friendly vet tech who got us checked in right away. The vet tech was gentle and patient with Teeny while getting her weight. Teeny can sometimes be a nervous and shy dog, but with the tech's sweet and professional demeanor she was soon relaxed and even wagging her tail. I was impressed with what came next, the tech took a picture of Teeny which was then stored in the computer- now they always have an up to date picture on her. I've never had another vet do that before. While in the exam room we didn't have to wait long for Dr. . He too was just as fabulous as the rest of his staff- friendly, warm, professional, and knowledgable. He performed a very thourough examination on Teeny, and was so quick and gentle with the vaccines Teeny didn't have any time to feel any discomfort. I liked that the staff talked to me about heart worm, flea and parasite prevention but didn't push me to buy any products. I did end up purchasing heart worm and flea prevention for a very reasonable price. Check out was quick and went smoothly. The staff promptly called me as soon as the results of the blood and fecal work were finished. To top it all off the whole staff sent Teeny and I a very sweet thank you note! This is the best experience I have ever had with a vet and I would recommend to everyone."

"I originally started going to due to the low cost vaccination clinic that is offered twice a week. I have 4 dogs so the savings meant alot to me. I have been taken my dogs to Dr. a few times- - sometimes he is nice but most times he is in a bad mood and he takes it out on all of those around him - including the animal patients.
Most vets walk into the examination room, not only the owner but acknowledge the pet in a friendly way. When Dr. is in a bad mood, he walks quickly into the examination room, barely says one word to the owner, grabs the pet that needs to be vaccinated and shoves a needle in their body.
The last time I was in his office, he rushed in to the examination room, harshly grabbed my dog to the point where my dog turned around to snap at him and he yelled at me to hold my dog. At the end of it all, I asked him to squeeze my dogs anal glands, Dr. did so and told me I might want to clean my dog up when I got home. He didnt even bother to wipe the 'stuff' that came out. Just not a nice guy and I am confused why he is even in that profession.
If you do not care about how your pet is treated and are just looking for a cheap price than Dr. is a perfect choice for you - - if you care about the treatment of your pet I suggest you pay a little more money (Dr. is just a little cheaper) and see a vet that cares.
By the way, I come from an animal loving family and originally told all of my family about Dr. ( ) cheaper prices - - one by one my family has stopped taking their pets to due to Dr. bad attitude and treatment of animals."

"I liked them quite well. We had adopted this dog and so there was no charge it was covered in the adoption fee. I liked that they were very courteous and professional. They treated our dog very well. I am thinking of switching to that veterinary myself."

"I didn’t think the vet was really that caring or professional. My other cats have been healthy so really the most I get is cat food because it’s convenient and close. To say I would trust them to care for my cats, no. They seem uninterested all the way around really. Their office smells too."

It went very well. I like the fact that they specialize in cats. They always know the latest and greatest on cats. They are very caring and take very good care of the cats while they are there. I have known Dr. , the owner, for 20 years. I also go to church with him. They are really expensive because we are paying for specialty care. They always call me the next day to check on my cat to see how he is doing. I have recommended them to friends and family.

"Dr. and her team have been our Vet of choice since they opened. We have had three dogs with them. One passed away in October of 2009. Dr. was extremely compassionate. The dog had many issues in the past and had required a few surgeries that were necessary to keep him alive. When we made the decision to put him to sleep, she never once suggested that we prolong it. At the visit referenced above that totaled $450, we brought in both dogs for their annual exams and vaccines. One is now a senior and I opted to have blood work completed to check for any conditions associated with older dogs. We also bought their heartguard. It was a pricey visit, but well worth it when you love your animals.
We love Dr. . She follows up after appointments and always answers your questions. We have also used them in emergency situations and they have always gotten us right in.
I am not sure why another reviewer would feel that they were being pushed into doing unnecessary procedures. We have never once felt that way. I find that Dr. ALWAYS gives several options and helps you weigh them. She treats your animals as if they were her own. Everyone there is awesome and we hope to keep them as our caregivers for a very long time. "

"Both of our cats go to because we adopted them from the County Humane Society and they were seen here while under care at the shelter. Even though I travel to this veterinarian from Irvington, passing other vets, I want to bring my business to Dr. because of his support of the shelter.
Our cats have been seen by both Dr. and his associate Dr. . We have been happy with the care and service on every visit. The office staff are also friendly, professional and efficient."

"I had been going to this vet hospital for several years. When it became I immediately noticed a decline in the quality of services and an increase in price. I took my elderly dog in to have his teeth cleaned. They called me later in the day and told me they couldn't preform the service because his was too high. They said they would have to give him IV fluids to get him back to normal. To make a long story short, three days and $1500 later, I picked my dog up (without having his teeth cleaned), and he was so sick he couldn't even walk. I ended up having to take him to the emergency vet the next morning and have him put down. I believe they overloaded him with fluids. I notified the clinic what happened and they said they were sorry. Yet, for two years after the fact, I continued to receive reminder notices that my dog was due for his yearly exam. How disgusting"
