The entire process was very efficient. I didn't have to wait long to get into a room or be seen by the doctor. The doctor listened to all of my complaints and concerns and changed my antibiotic to something different. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would hope that I don't need their services again in the future, because being sick is not fun, but I wouldn't hesitate going if I have Urgent Care matters. Their office is also conveniently located, and I was impressed with their hours. (7AM - 11PM I believe)

Everything about the experience was positive. It was good care by good doctors. They were thorough and made sure everything was fine. The facilities charges for
V’s were over $4ooo for 7 stitches. It was crazy. I am disputing that bill right now. They have been very non-prompt in getting back to me about the disputed bill.

I had what appeared to be a

on the underside of my eye lid. I diagnosed myself with pink eye via the Web and was concerned because A. I was in pain, B. pink eye is highly contagious and a coworker had had it and C. I was having trouble seeing out of that eye. I couldn't get in to my regular doc and a nurse suggested I could either wait a day or go to an immediate care clinic. I thought about a drugstore clinic, but I've used Immediate Care in the past and always had good luck. I barely had to wait at all. I saw Dr.

who said I didn't have pink eye but did have an infection. He advised that had I tried to drain it myself (which I'd contemplated as I waited for my regular docs to call back) I could have done more damage. He numbed my eye, drained it and gave me a prescription for an ointment. I'm back on the job seeing out of both eyes and happy I didn't try to pop that sucker on my own. I don't know the cost because it'll be covered by insurance, but it'll be worth it whatever it was.

From the receptionist at the hospital, to the triage nurse, the doctor, nurse, and even the billing department treated me so kindly during this tough time. I will be forever grateful for the care I received at Community South Hospital. They not only helped with the physical pain but the emotional hardship I was facing. I would recommend seeking emergency treatment at Community South. Their facilities are being remodeled and every patient receives a private room. On the way to the hospital we called ahead and they said that even if there was a large emergency, they would get me into a private room and to a physician immediately upon my arrival. They did just that! I can't speak for the staff at Community highly enough.

The process was quick and easy. The nurse practitioner was very informative and the place was clean. I appreciated how easy it was once my appointment was done to just walk out of the room and pick up the medication.

My doctor was not able to see me, so I decided to go to CVS's Minute Clinic. I was the 3rd in line, but she asked me for a specimen as soon as I came in so that it would be ready.

was extremely personable and very good at answering my questions and concerns. I wanted the results sent to my MD, and she was very careful to find the network that my family doctor was in and send him the results. She was able to send an E-script to the pharmacy of my choice, which was nice that I didn't have to use CVS's pharmacy, since it isn't my regular place.

Great experience. I walked right up and was on the examination table in less than 2 minutes. The NP was extremely polite and talked to me about my symptoms and history. I had visited this one before, so they had all my previous records. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. A week later, I feel like I'm getting a lot better. These places are a great and inexpensive way to take care of minor sicknesses when you don't need to see an MD. I will definitely use them again if i need minor medical care for colds and coughs.

While cooking Thanksgiving dinner & decorating for Christmas with a splint on my wrist was a bit tricky, it was far preferable to being in pain during a long holiday weekend. I'm happy I went there instead of waiting for an appointment with my PCP. Highly recommended.

I walked in and was ask to fill out paperwork, I handed the receptionist my insurance card and photo id. She said I don't need that yet, finish your paperwork and bring it back up to me then. So I fill out the paperwork and she then takes my id and card and scans them, just a control thing I guess because the only thing she was doing was talking to her little receptionist friend. The nurse who admitted hardly spoke with me and gave me dirty looks all the time, and at one point said where is that white boy at? Radiology yelled at me for not moving my foot, that had torn ligaments, fast enough for them. The nurse practitioner who saw me was wonderful, and I can't say enough nice things about her. Then as I was leaving I turned my phone on. I started recieving emails, I am a CIO who had his phone off for an hour so it was dinging as I was recieving multiple emails and one of the nurses as I was walking out the door said what the h*** is that dinging sound. I said it's my phone as I was walking out the door and she told me to turn the damb thing off right in front of a child. I contacted patient satisfaction and I have not recieved any response. I spent over an hour in the building and there and the waiting room was empty.

The doctor that examined me was very thorough and professional and took time to ask and answer questions about my condition in order to prescribe the medicine I needed. I was glad to be able to get in and be seen by someone right away when I needed it.
