The roofer and the carpenters worked in cold, windy weather to get the job finished, and we were pleased with the quality of the work and the fact that they stayed on the job until it was done. They gave us an estimate immediately, and began the work within two weeks of our acceptance. We appreciated the prompt response and quality of workmanship."

"The team arrived promptly with the foreman introducing each of the employees. We were informed of each step of the process and asked if we had any questions before any work began. Once started, we watched the work progress and could see that they took great care in not distrubing existing landscape work and were very friendly. All work was completed within the pre arranged time frame. Once completed, we were invited to examine all work prior to signing any completion papers. Even then, after they had left, I noticed a slight error in the replacement of the trim around the tripple windows. Althought I had signed off on the completion, they still came back and fixed the error within 24 hours of my call to their home office. Very professional and we couldn't be happier."

I initially thought that the work looked ok, but when people started coming over to my house they commented that the siding trim around my doors and windows was not right. The trim pieces were supposed to meet up in the corners. Instead they were over laid, under cut, or just bent into place. Additionally my gutter started leaking because while they were supposed to be replaced he just reused the old one instead. I took him to court and found out that much to my surprise he had not even gotten a permit and had let his contracting license with the city expire. I have tried for years to be reimbursed for the damages to my property, but over and over I am told that since he broke the law I am out of luck. He is a scam artist of the lowest caliber. Heck he even took an $8000 check to a check

"I called them on a Friday when I noticed the damage. They came the following morning and repaired the damage. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again."

"My insurance company paid most of the charges. They did a good job with everything. There is hardly anybody that works for them. They go out to find people who are available and hire them to do the work. They contract out and so it is hard to tell who you would get from time to time. Their roofers were great. There was one guy who put up the siding walked off right away, but they were good about getting someone else out here. He then tore it down and replaced it. It was just a matter of waste of time and money for them. It was bad that happened, but they took care of it. It did take them a long time, but that was when every house in the town was damaged. So it was not surprising. They were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the board that they fixed, but it was okay later on. Their punctuality wasn?t good because everyone was getting a new roof at that time. "

, stood in my kitchen and told me they could do the project the way I needed it done. In two days I had an estimate in hand that beat all of the other bids by 15%. The project was completed quickly--with as little disruption to my home as possible. They even laid down tarps from the door to the bathroom to protect my hardwood floors throughout the entire project, and wiped up the floor each night before leaving. They helped me find another 4 square feet in my shoebox of a bathroom and recaptured storage that was eliminated when we had to replace the 4.5' tub with a standard (and up-to-date) 6' tub by suggesting a custom cabinet fabricated in their shop and the installing a pocket door instead of the heavy swing door that used to be there. And because I was intent on preserving the architectural integrity of my home--they actually repurposed the original door so that it matches all of the other doors in the house. They were responsive to my requests--when I decided the sink was too close to the tub--and moved it--after it was already piped in. They sat down with me at various stages in the project to keep me apprised of where we were in the budget, and even came in on a Saturday afternoon to set the toilet--because the tile was finished up on a Saturday morning and needed to cure under the toilet--and came back late on a Thursday evening to connect the shower so I could finally take a shower in my own house!!! Needless to say, i love the bathroom now--especially the extra space and storage and would proudly recommend

is an expert at wrapping with aluminum. The only knocks I gave them on the ratings were for Punctuality. I would recommend that you set expectations for how long the job will take. I would also set expectations about cleaning up the work-site each day before they leave. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Their positives far out weigh the couple of negatives I had around how long the job took and clean-up issues. All one has to do is look at my neighbor's house who hired an out-of-state company. His aluminum trim is falling off the house after only 6 months. You won't find a better company in central Indiana than
