Indianapolis Orthotics Reviews

"She is extremely knowledgeable about her products. You can go into her boutique and try on the products and she will fit you for everything. She will also file your insurance claim for you as well. She is incredibly compassion and sensitive to the situation."
"You are not required to purchase the three supports like they recommend at once. I suggest that you see your podiatrist first before you go to

and purchase supports to find out what you really need. They offer store credit for returns only. I especially like the exerciser, because I use it in my running shoes and it has elevated my foot pains. "
"They assessed my weight bearing by having you step in some paper to capture your arch and pressure points, then fitted me with a three step set of arch supports (step 1- exerciser/strengthener, step 2 - maintainer, step 3- relaxer). You are supposed to start with step 1 for a short time each day, then switch to step 2 for a little longer, then step 3 the rest of the day. You build up your tolerance to step 2 and 1 gradually over a period of two weeks or so. I tried their system and after two weeks could hardly walk. What had "fixed" my feet killed my knees. So I took them back per their guarantee and they reassessed and refitted me. I tried again for another two weeks, then requested a refund. They only supply in store credit, no cash, so I bought some very overpriced shoes and socks to use my credit. I am doing better without their inserts. To their credit, they were good about letting me return them. Of course, they already had my money and don't give refunds per say."
"My therapist told me that a high arched foot does not need an arch support. The only one that worked was the super athletic cushions. I attempted to return the other two supports by first going into the store (they would not refund my money) and then making a phone call. They returned my call first call and said they would not return the money. I then called back again and have not heard from them. They will not return the money for something that I do not need. I think that they are misleading people."
