"Had to pick up a prescription and used this

and took advantage of their generic savings program. Prescription was ready when promised, and staff was friendly and efficient. In addition, we received a

gift card for transferring the prescription, which they handled over the phone."

"I have been using them for three years. Their costs are low. They are very friendly and they get to know their customers. They have limited hours and they aren't open on Sundays."

"I went to pick up my prescriptions and they were very helpful. They assured me that they were set as the pharmacy to receive any prescriptions from here on out. They also made sure I knew which medications I was to pick up and when. They asked if I had any questions or concerns. They also went above and beyond by welcoming me to the area. They were very personable."

"It was a very positive experience. The wait time wasn't too bad, despite the web site's posted warnings that it could be quite lengthy. I've gone to prompt care facilities in the past and this was a more positive experience. I don't know what the ultimate charges will be as the visit was submitted to my insurer, but the posted estimates were in line with other such facilities, including traditional doctors offices. One advantage was having the pharmacy right there, avoiding an additional trip. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this particular office to anyone who needed such a service."

"My doctor wrote me a new prescription for a medication that I have been taking for several months. He prescribed twice a day but by mistake a quantity of only 30 instead of 60 for a monthly supply. The pharmacist filled the script for a 14 day supply and didn?t say anything when we picked it up. He didn?t call the doctor for clarification and just let me discover the problem when I got home. When I called, he said it didn?t make sense when he filled it and that I should call the doctor. This was very poor customer service, he should have called the doctor, or talked to me about it. The script had 12 refills - the doctor obviously didn?t intend for me to refill it every 14 days. Over a period of years, this is the third time I?ve had a similar problem with this pharmacist. I wouldn?t do business with the CVS at 96th and Allisonville again or recommend them to others."

"The entire staff is great. The pharmacists in particular is amazing. They know who I am and willingly answer questions. They put up with the insurance company and they are always patient about those matters. Anytime I have a question about use or cross medication they always answer my questions. They always get back to me anytime I call and I really enjoy their service."

"Due to my wife's various illnesses I have gone to this
Indianapolis Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
for 12 years (1998-2010). As a member of Angie's List the past 6 years I have never filed a negative report, my experience today with this pharmacist -
Indianapolis Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
and one of the employees
Indianapolis Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
has inspired me to file my first negative reports. While waiting for
Indianapolis Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
to fill out my prescription he informs me he needs me to wait because he needs to go to the restroom, no problem, I understand, but could have just asked me to wait, knowing that he needed to pee was not information I needed to know, then when he returned he told me the prescription is very expensive, told him it may be but my wife needs it so I will pay for it, besides I have my health savings account it won't be a problem, he pauses and looks at me like I'm rediculous, then tells me he can give me something in the place of the prescription, I tell him I am open to that as an alternative, but asked why it was they would not cover this particular prescription, he made some sarcastic remark, was very demeaning and unprofessional towards me and acted as though my question was illogical for me to ask. I then asked them not to complete the filling of my prescription and that I would go to Walgreens instead. Then told

I wanted to speak with the manager and told her why she replied "That's the way he (

) does it. He's sarcastic like that with the customers. That's just how he does it." And she found his rudeness quite comical and couldn't quit laughing. Told her that may be how he does it but does not make it right nor is it conducive behavior for acquiring nor retaining customers. She continued laughing and walked away organizing shelves. The

B. one of the managers came to assist me, was very apologetic, and professional, apologized several times for their behavior and said he does not control the pharmacists that work there, they "float them." And he also said he did not want to

me as a customer or

my business. Told him I appreciate his understanding and concern, I also appreciate the professionalism he exhibited towards me, but that I would no longer do business with them any longer, I have to purchase medicine every month and illness is stressful enough, I don't need the added stress from a rude sarcastic pharmacist (

) nor an insensitive and unprofessional employee (

) when I can find more professional and courteous service down the street. This pharmacist did not even offer to fax or contact my doctor to see if he would call the insurance to see if he could get it covered. This pharmacist didn't seem to want to be bothered or inconvenienced.

"We initially started going to them, because there were always a lot of people in the store to help. There have been a couple of times when they have called to inform us that they are out of a certain prescription, but they are going to order it. We have usually been able to work everything out with the person on the phone as far as making arrangements to pick the prescription up the following week when the prescription is in. They will give me a phone call saying that my prescription is in. There have been a couple of goofy things that have been kind of frustrating like when I pick my prescription up there are only three pills in the bottle, but right now they have all of our prescriptions so we will keep going. We will probably continue going to them, because they are close. "

"They are cost effective. They have got outstanding pricing on the generic drugs. I am getting ready to go on Medicare plan in that it has a co-pay of $20 for each drug which is enough for me. That washes out most of the medications because I am spending like $10 on each medicines and I have to take only 2 medicines. One of my medicines dropped in price because it?s now available as generic drug. I will probably be getting it for a discounted price soon. If you have a plan which has $20 to start with and if your drugs cost less than that then it?s good to pay for them and go. CVS has good pricing. I never had any problem with their generic drugs. I know both of their pharmacists on a first name basis. They are good people. If there is a problem then they will call you or if they have any concerns about a drug that the doctor has prescribed then they will call your doctor. I have witnessed it a couple of times myself. I have watched Bill a senior pharmacist counseling the patients. He will get on the phone and talk to the doctor if needed. Sometimes doctors make mistake while prescribing the medicines. I like his initiative. He is looking out for his customers. I have to take a drug which is considerably less expensive than the other one. I asked my physician why I shouldn?t I be taking a certain drug instead of the other as the one costs me $60 for 90 days while the other one cost me $9.99 for every 90 days. My doctor said if that?s what I wanted to do then he will put me on that medicine. My pharmacist told me there is no difference between these drugs as they are one and the same. He told me why I had to pay $60 while I could get the same drug for 1/6th the price. That pharmacist saved me money. When I was reviewing my options for medications with my health provider under Medicare I pointed out that I did not need a schedule D as none of my medicines were that expensive and they agreed with me. "

"I don't have any complaints about them. They are quick and easy to deal with. They have your records when your not sure. They check your insurance thoroughly. My son had trouble with the pills that they gave him and they were able to change it to liquid form very quickly, very easily and explained everything. They were very helpful. "
