came to our home to meet Molli our dog and discuss what we needed done while we were away. Molli liked her immediately and gave her lots of kisses. was very nice and professional and I knew by some of the questions she asked me about Molli's care that she would do a good job.
While we were away we had an issue with our alarm and also a low battery in our smoke detector that was beeping and scareing the dog. She called us about the alarm and took care of the smoke detector problem ( I felt bad she had to deal with that). She comforted the dog, gave her some treats and everything was good.
She brought in our mail and even fed the neighborhood stray cat that some of us put food out for. I am so happy I called . I liked her right away and knew right away she would take good care of our Molli. I will call her again and go on vacation worry free. Thanks ."

"Things went very well. met with me prior to my leaving and we went over all the particulars. I was very impressed with her professional approach and record keeping.
When I got home, I found a diary of her visits, which included tasks performed and how my cats were doing, including any behavior noted. Since my cats don't generally come out to meet strangers, looked under the bed (the cats' hiding place) to count noses.
I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use it again."

"Our beagle, , loves and Biscuit! This is the only place I can take her when we go on vacation. She runs up to the door as if to her best friend. In past kennels she has strained at her leash to get away from the kennel. But at she is so happy to be there. When I return to take her home she is happy and healthy. I trust the owners and know they will give her the attention and special treatment that my dog needs. It is worth it for me to pay a little extra for the cage-free environment and extra attention she receives. gives them two paws up!"

"Tabby and have been great. They are in great communication with me and are very careful to make sure things are just how I want them. Tabby pays GREAT attention to detail and when took over, Tabby went so far to let know that I have a baby and his bottles and bottle brush is usually in the right side of the sink, so should be careful to not pour Mia's old water out on that side when getting her fresh water. I like that they leave a sheet at my house and write down the days "events". About 3 weeks ago I reached out to a couple of times to clarify my Angie's List discount--no one really seems to know what it is. She has never returned my call and as a result, I still haven't gotten my Angie's List discount. I'm kind of disappointed in that."

"We could not be more pleased with 's attention to detail and her compassionate care of our pets. We have moved recently to Indianapolis and we greatly appreciate her patience with both our concerns and our pets who have been upset by the move. She has worked tirelessly with the cat, who improves with each visit. When we return home from traveling, our dog continues to look out the window at 6:30AM for her early morning walk with ! We feel has helped us all become more calm and centered about moving to Indy and we look forward to many happy years of doing business with her."

"Sadly, I had set up an appointment for an initial consultation with to come to my home to meet my cat; however, she never showed up. Not only did she not show up, there was never an apology nor follow-up to reschedule the appointment. I can understand if something happens - but communication is so very important. If you forgot, then so be it. But how can you trust a cat sitter if they don't show and don't communicate why/reschedule? So I won't be contacting this company to cat sit again - I went to another sitter on Angie's List who did actual show up and will be using their services."

" just started to watch my animals this past year. She is very quick to get back to me when I call, and even emailed me to let me know how my animals were doing while I was gone, out of the country. She was also very helpful with information when I had concerns about my dog. I am new to dog guardianship and had many questions. is pleasant and professional and easy to work with. She went above and beyond by being willing to go to the store every few days to get the salad by bunny eats on daily basis. I am happy to recommend her to others. You won't be disappointed."

"Although I've given a very positive report before, I was dismayed to come home from a weekend trip to find my pre-service instructions completely ignored. I'd recently had my floors refinished and had given instructions on how the floors should be treated. I'd also mentioned that one of my dogs had had trouble going upstairs because the newly retreated floors were slippery for him. I'd put up a gate to prevent him from going upstairs and told to leave the gate up. I came home to find spots on the floor where the new finish had been removed and the gate on the stairs had been taken down. I called when I got home to see why my instructions hadn't been followed. She said one of my dogs had had diarrhea. She thought it was stress-related, so she made a "judgment call" about removing the gate. When I said I'd rather clean up diarrhea than have a dog with a broken leg, she said she had been in the process of moving that weekend. I had also found other indications that she had left the house hurriedly--such as no report of her activities that weekend, which she usually does, and cleaning equipment left haphazardly out . I concluded that the diarrhea was a result of her not spending enough time with the dogs for them to relieve themselves and that the stains on my floor were the result of her trying to clean up a mess that had been allowed to remain on the floor too long. Being unsatisfied with any of her explanations for the above behavior and damages to my home, I told her I would not likely use her services again."
