"We were out of town when the broken water pipe was discovered -- they were on the spot within two hours of being contacted to begin damage control -- drying fans, etc. They took charge -- worked directly with our insurance company -- kept us advised --while the project was accomplished -- which did take several weeks due to the extent of the damage. -- their own people were very professional -- and all sub contractors were well qualified."

"We purchased the special advertised by email from Angie's List to have the hardwood floor refinished. We have tried numerous times over the last 3 weeks to contact to set up a time to have the floor completed. When calling the number listed on the contract, all we get is an answering machine but no way to leave any messages, that occurs everytime we call. We have also sent an email to the company, using the information listed in Angie's List. We have not received any response whatsoever. I also tried finding another way to contact them by searching the internet but there is nothing out there that gives an alternative email or telephone number.
This is the first time we have participated in one of Angie's List specials and quite frankly, we are completely disappointed. We have 3 other 'specials' that we have already paid for but not used and we are wondering if they will be honored or if we will have the same problems as we have experienced with . "

"We had the kitchen of our 79-year-old house in the Butler- neighborhood completely remodeled by in February, 2011. We are delighted with the result, and we have high praise for the company?s president, , her suppliers and workmen. Her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail are first-rate. We are so glad that we had design, co?rdinate, and supervise the entire project. She guided us through the selection of cabinets, appliances, flooring, electrical fixtures, and colors. The result is so much better than it would have been if we had been on our own. ?s chief builder, , is a superb, multi-skilled craftsman. Factors that we appreciate especially about the whole process are timeliness, perfectionism, accommodation to our schedules, minimal disruption of our routines, friendliness of all personnel, trust-worthiness, cleanliness, and good value for the money. "As usual was very professional, friendly, and the workmanship is top notch. You can't even tell there were gouges in the wood flooring, the lights look fantastic and the new trim looks great. We have future projects planned and look forward to working with on those as well.

"For fear of sounding like I'm in a hurry, all I can say is the is the absolute best remodeling co./person we've ever worked with, and we've worked with 4-5 over the last 8 years completely remaking an older home. I would STRONLGY recommend him for any remodeling project.
His skill set is varied, and he seemed very talented in every one... He does GREAT tile work and his ability to do the underlying plumbing of a bathroom remodel is a great asset.
More than anything, he is a pleasure to be around. He's polite, friendly, and understanding of the fact he's in your home while you're trying to work around him. The price was very fair, and when things popped up (as they always do on a remodel job) his upcharges were very fair as well. He's stood behind his work and has come back very happily on a just a couple of very minor things that cropped up a year or so later.
Again, for fear of sounding like I'm getting paid for this, it was the best construction experience I could imagine (and we've had many others not that way to use as a measuring stick...)"

"All projects went extremely well and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely be using them to replace flooring in bathrooms/laundry room in the near future. We had several different crews here. All were professional and trustworthy. One crew was a bit later arriving than expected but this was just one day of many that the various crews were here. The carpet removal and installation went smoothly. We love our new carpet and have seen no problems. The hardwood installation and removal also went well. There were a few scratches noted on the wood in one area and when called to their attention, they promptly replaced it. As to the refurbishing of some of our less worn hardwood, there was some discussion around this and a few different opinions were given. In the end, rather than telling us that we needed to replace or sand and restain (i.e. they could have recommended a method that would have cost quite a bit), they told us what we could do to make it look better and without so much cost. We have since done what they have recommended and the floor looks great. The cost savings was greatly appreciated. was the main person we worked with. He was professional, very helpful and patiently answered our many questions. It was a great experience."

" and his helper arrived and went right to work. They sanded and refinished the floor in a bedroom and closet. repaired the three 12" diameter water spots that had been hiding under the 20 year old carpet. At the end of the first day, they left with the first coat of sealant in place, drying. The next morning, they gave the floor another light sanding and final poly urethane finish coat. Our floor was finished! It is beautiful! We would not hesitate using and Breslan again for another floor project when we are ready to uncover another room. We would pass he name along to friends and family without hesitation!"
