and his staff explained in detail what to expect and what they would be able to do due to age of fence and conditions of gutters.  WIth the detailed information that was given - I was able to make the appropriate choices for me.    The tean showed as soon as weather premited. I had expected that they would just fix gutters to prevent further damage and come back another day to repair fence since  the fence wasn't an emergency. But they fixed the fence  the same day and came back the next day to make it was secure.  This was a nice surprise and exceeded my expectations.   "

He only charged us for the paint when he had to return with the repaired door and exchange it for the mis-matched door.  We would hire him again, because he wants his customers to be happy, and will complete the job to your satisfaction."

"Our scheduled appointment was for 8:00 a.m. At nearly 10:00 a.m., my husband, who was waiting for the workers, called to find out the status of the job for the day. Turns out there was a glitch in system and we were not on his schedule (his computer or phone dropped the appointment info). To his credit, he got a couple of workers ...more to our house within a few hours. Unfortunately, my husband wasted a morning waiting for service people. Two guys arrived and they did the work we hired them to do. They cleaned their tools in my kitchen sink, which left a white residue. Easy enough to clean, but I had just done an extra scrubbing and polishing the day before and wasn't really happy to have to do it again so soon (This is why I rated professionalism "fair"). The guys left a tool and some supplies at our house, but that seems to be the norm for service people these days. So overall, I understand glitches happen, "
