The Mirror Concept representative then called back and said that the manufacturer had one set of the correct color hinges and that for us not to tell any one that they were getting the first set of hinges and handles that matched in finish and material? Where upon we ask for the name of the manufacturer of the product and for a manufacturer warranty of the product, which Mirror Concept refused! The original terms of the agreement was the invoice amount was due net 15 (due 15 days after installation.) At that point the Mirror Concept representative said they would correct the inferior hardware. Mirror Concept invoiced us for an additional $150.00 to correct their mistake. The hinges were changed out on November 17th 2009. Immediately after the correct hinges were installed they DEMANDED that the invoice be paid on the spot, COD. The Mirror Concept representative became threatening. Out of fear we reluctantly paid the bill. (At one point the bulling became so bad that my daughter thought she was going to have to call the police) We want nothing else from the company but do want to WARN other people about the inferior workmanship, the
