Even though the holidays were upon us our new door arrived a week early and they came to install it. When the installers unpacked the door a cosmetic piece was missing. We received a call from Ed, Jr. while the installers were still there telling us he had contacted the manufacturer and a factory rep would be out within a week to install the piece. We did not realize the installers had called him from our driveway and he was already controling the problem. True enough, one week later, between Christmas and the New Year, the factory rep came and installed the piece. Both Ed Jr. and his father came out the next day to check out the work and make sure we were satisfied. We are extremely happy with our door and with

"T.J. called me before he arrived for his 8 a.m. appointment; and he was early, which was great! I initially was in contact with T.J. because the remote control device for my 1980s something garage door unit failed to work, and I called requesting information for replacement. T.J. informed me that replacement of the actual operator would make more sense ...more in the log run as it is almost 20 years old. That cost would have been around $70-$80. He mentioned a great option for the long haul would be to get a new operating unit, which would come with 2 remotes, as well as last me for years to come.
