are meticulous with the attention to detail.  They found part of the subfloor rotted which they replaced from a previous remodel and  found the electrical was not up to code.  Also Included in 

's cost was a granite countertop for the vanity.    The remodel took longer than anticipated, some due to the terrible weather we had in February, but it was worth it.  My husband is thrilled with the bathroom and the value that it added to our home. . "

Initially we thought we might be able to remove 5 rows of tile to replace the shower , but since the tile could not be matched, we ended up replacing the tile in our shower as well as the adjoining garden ...more tub. Due to the leak, we also had to replace our bathroom floor. For the same amount of money our insurance company was going to pay us to replace the vinyl floor,

I was home one day when he was working and I was coming in with groceries. He was in the garage mixing grout (or something) and he stopped what he was doing to help me in with groceries! Also, he was aware of my concern that our dogs or cats would get out when he was coming in or

supplies in so he took extra care to always make sure the exterior garage door was closed before opening a door to our house.
