"They were great. They were really professional. They charged $962.00 for the basement and about $3000.00 for the outside painting. I thought it was neat that they painted the gutters and downspouts. They did a great job at it so I don't know what they could improve on. My sister referred them to me. We went over there one day and they went over a plan. They had a brick house and they wanted them to paint over the brick and they did a great job. They are courteous almost to a fault. They are punctual. They come early so you have to be prepared for that. They make sure you like it. I wasn't sure what color I wanted put on the house and at no charge they referred a home designer who came from Carmel. They didn't include that in the price. We sat down for an hour and went over different paints and that's how I chose my colors. The one thing I didn't like was that they try to push the finance on you. I had the cash for it but they kept pushing me to go for the finance. I don't know what they get out of it. The price was much cheaper than what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be astronomical so it was a nice surprise. The quality was great. They did an excellent job. They were punctual. They were there before you got out of bed."

and his colleagues went to bat for us to get approval without any hassle or cost to us. Despite the upfront price, when you factor in how long this paint lasts and the guarantee, the price actually comes in lower than the expected price for the 4-5 paint jobs that would be required over a 25 year time span. Also our needed exterior repairs did add a $15K premium to our total cost but they really did a fantastic job of repairing the historic trim (including curved forms and pieces), even getting a boom at discount to us to satisfy our needs on high peak areas. There were A LOT of exterior repairs needed and this price was fair for the craftsmanship of what was done. Others who have had work done on this forum, rightly note that the foreman

is "pushy" but seemed to me to have the best paint outcome and interest of the costumer in mind. Since we had historic district constraints, I just needed to be assertive with him regarding our expectations and wishes, and he always followed costumer preference/request. Overall, I feel they bent over backwards to satisfy our needs and make sure we had a positive experience. We are now a year out from project completion and extremely satisfied with the service provided and quality of product delivered. "

"Work was started within a couple days of the job being quoted. Work went well. They finished the job in under 2 days. They were suppose to come Friday morning and start work at around 8-830 They called and said they would be there later in the day around 10-1030 because they had to finish up a previous job. The first day they touched up trim and hung ceiling fan and the second day they painted the ceiling and walls. They were kind and helpful and answered any questions I had. I would definately reccomend them and would use them again in the future."
