"I had a new double range oven delivered from .  However, upon installation, we found out that the back of these double ovens do not have room for a typical electrical outlet directly behind the range and due to that, the oven stuck out 4-6" from the wall.  It was horrible - not only did it stick out from the wall, it ...more made it sticWith my old oven, there was a large space at the bottom  to hide the plug and cord, but the new oven is flush and nowhere for plug & cord to go. I was faced with the decision of returning the oven and getting a different oven, or come up with a creative way to get extra space - either recessed into the wall or to the side in a cabinet.  I called

on a Wednesday morning.  They knew exactly what I was talking about.  The person who gave me the estimate even asked if this was from

- he had seen it before and knew exactly what to do.  They offered to come out the next day, but we decided on Saturday between 8:30 and 9:30.  Instead of showing up at the tail end of the range,

was here at 8:40 and finished at 9:10.   While the cost was a little high, I was willing to pay that amount due to the quality of work I knew I would receive.  I wasn't disappointed!  You get what you pay for, and with

, you get quality.  I might have been able to find less expensive, but why?  So I could have someone show up late, possibly perform less quality work, and end up unhappy?  Bottom line for me is that

"Estimate off by several thousand dollars.  He blamed the supplier because they left out significant portions of needed supplies to complete the job.  At no point did he accept responsibility for not checking the list.  He misjudged the time it would take and left in the middle of the job to do another job, leaving ours half done until ...more prodded.  (His reasoning:  "I don't want to disappoint this other guy.")   He did return after the holidays to do the tiling, pocket door and indoor painting,  When he said he was finished until Spring (to finish outdoor painting, etc with better weather), the room temperature was 38 degrees. I called in  heating and air condition specialist who said the work was not done correctly and when confronted,

agreed to do it correctly including saying that he knew he hadn't put in in a return air duct either. 

did return and correct this when asked. When spring arrived, I contacted 

to complete the cement steps, painting , gate and gutters as per our original contract.  He informed me he wasn't doing this work anymore and was turning it over to someone else who I would have to pay up front for the work. Given the history I wasn't paying up front for anything else.  I had met our agreement of what to pay up front. 

did come out and pour the step but that is the last I have seen of him.  I have had to contract with someone else to finish his work.

and his crew were nice, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and they were very tolerant of our over-friendly dogs but I was looking for someone I could trust to do the job right and follow through."

pretty much lets you determine the cost of the job.  He made recommendations for companies that he has used for example suggested Distinctive Kitchen & Bath for custom cabinets which we did do.  Great suggestion.  We picked out the tile, he suggested the Tile Shop where we were given his discount, we picked out our sink, toilet, towel bar, faucets, shower heads, etc. from a hardware store, so you can be as economical as possible or go high-end.

are meticulous with the attention to detail.  They found part of the subfloor rotted which they replaced from a previous remodel and  found the electrical was not up to code.  Also Included in 

's cost was a granite countertop for the vanity.    The remodel took longer than anticipated, some due to the terrible weather we had in February, but it was worth it.  My husband is thrilled with the bathroom and the value that it added to our home. . "

took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns and made explained everything to me completely.  He was able to complete all of the items on my list in the allotted 2 hours.  He wasn't sure if he would run over the allotted time, so he explained the fees in the event he did run over BEFORE it became an issue.  I greatly appreciated that.  I am very happy with the experience with the company and would definitely use them in the future!"
