"The project went extremely well from start to finish.  Considering some of the dilapidated issues presented by this old barn, there were many challenges and options to make corrections that would have the proper appearance and stay in character with the original barn structure.

Moss and his carpenter

were absolutely great to work with on the myriad of decisions that cropped up during the course of this unusual project.  They were very knowledgeable and in all cases advised aesthetic and structural options that turned out to be excellent components to an overall wonderfully done project.  The workmanship, punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism were excellent throughout.  We hadn't envisioned that the old barn would look nearly as great as it turned out when we started this project.

"Estimate off by several thousand dollars.  He blamed the supplier because they left out significant portions of needed supplies to complete the job.  At no point did he accept responsibility for not checking the list.  He misjudged the time it would take and left in the middle of the job to do another job, leaving ours half done until prodded.  (His reasoning:  "I don't want to disappoint this other guy.")   He did return after the holidays to do the tiling, pocket door and indoor painting,  When he said he was finished until Spring (to finish outdoor painting, etc with better weather), the room temperature was 38 degrees. I called in  heating and air condition specialist who said the work was not done correctly and when confronted,
Indianapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
agreed to do it correctly including saying that he knew he hadn't put in in a return air duct either.

did return and correct this when asked. When spring arrived, I contacted

to complete the cement steps, painting , gate and gutters as per our original contract.  He informed me he wasn't doing this work anymore and was turning it over to someone else who I would have to pay up front for the work. Given the history I wasn't paying up front for anything else.  I had met our agreement of what to pay up front.

did come out and pour the step but that is the last I have seen of him.  I have had to contract with someone else to finish his work.

and his crew were nice, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and they were very tolerant of our over-friendly dogs but I was looking for someone I could trust to do the job right and follow through.

called a few minutes before arriving, was very prompt, and a pleasure to work with. He spent four hours at our house on the job and left our door in better shape than it had been, so I feel the price was justified. Great job!!!"

came out an gave us an estimate for a small bathroom.  Our home is older and the bathroom had a bulkhead in it and

also made suggestions for the shower.

is very knowlegeable and has great attention to detail.  He suggested putting a niche in the shower and to raise the shower head since my husband is taller.

pretty much lets you determine the cost of the job.  He made recommendations for companies that he has used for example suggested Distinctive Kitchen & Bath for custom cabinets which we did do.  Great suggestion.  We picked out the tile, he suggested the Tile Shop where we were given his discount, we picked out our sink, toilet, towel bar, faucets, shower heads, etc. from a hardware store, so you can be as economical as possible or go high-end.

are meticulous with the attention to detail.  They found part of the subfloor rotted which they replaced from a previous remodel and  found the electrical was not up to code.  Also Included in

's cost was a granite countertop for the vanity.    The remodel took longer than anticipated, some due to the terrible weather we had in February, but it was worth it.  My husband is thrilled with the bathroom and the value that it added to our home. .

was very affordable, and did a great job.  He even showed us how to do a job ourselves in order to help us save money.  When we needed additional drywall patchwork done in a ceiling, he recommended another person who he felt would do an even better job on the project, to be sure we would be happy with the results."

"He charges a nominal fee. He is an accommodating and caring individual. He is a very pleasant agreeable person to deal with. He showed up at 8:00 on a Thursday evening to get the job done. He tries his best to get to the customers."

"Had a great first meeting with
Indianapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
and a cohort. They provided an incredible amount of useful information and were well organized with clarifying questions, measurements, etc. No estimate was received by email or mail after one month's time.   However, on 4-14-11
Indianapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
contacted us,  apologized  profusely  for misplacing the estimate,  and provided the estimate that same day.  Also gave us a $100 gift card for  the inconvenience of the delay. "

"I've hired Bill for many projects over the years including replacing flooring, decking, laying ceramic tile, and the current ceiling job. I've always been pleased with his work."

"After absorbing a break-in/burglary and reaching out to Bill for help, he came out the very next day (a Saturday) and provided a preliminary assessment of what would need to be done to secure the property again. He followed up a few days later, via e-mail, with a cost estimate that allowed us to make a contracting decision. The next week, Bill visited the house again to settle on the doors that would be ordered and we agreed that we would purchase the locks and handsets ourselves for him to install when he returned with the doors. Severe winter weather and illness prevented the installation from occurring in the agreed-upon timeframe, but when Bill returned with the doors, he was able to complete the service to our satisfaction in one day. Bill was personable and professional and followed through on the scope of work that we contracted him for. While we understand that weather and illness contributed to a delay from what we had originally expected, this created quite an inconvenience for our household management (couldn't use our back door for 4 weeks) and was the primary downside of our service experience. Our only other minor complaint was that Bill left many of the packaging materials and refuse from the installation in our recycle bin for us to clean up. We would certainly hire Bill again to do similar work and were pleased overall with his level of service."

"It has not been a good experience. We started out interaction in august, but the door was put in December and we are still dealing with it. It was not a problem with the installer but more to do with
Indianapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
. They shipped the wrong screen with the door. I spent over $2000 on that work. They have responded but first they ordered the wrong doors, then they did not send all the parts with the door. My husband went to
Indianapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
today to get the correct screen ordered and that is going to take 3 weeks more. They say the delay goes back to the vendor and it is not them.
