"They responded quickly and called back to schedule when they said they would, They were on time, clean, took care to do things as I wished and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them for other more complex work after meeting them. A plus is that there are two of them who can work together when the job requires which is often not the case with handyman services."

"The estimate was prompt and thorough, and they followed up with us to see if we had any questions. Once we agreed to the work and price, they got too it as soon as the weather cleared up. The carpenter did his work first, and left no traces or trash behind. The painters finished up a couple of days later, and again they a great job, and the only leftover was the paint (so that we can do touch-ups.)
This is the 3rd time we've used this company, and would not hesitate to use them again."

"Lots of information exchanged before the signing of the contract. Very thorough. Window was installed quickly and looks great; we need to do the polyurethane over the unfinished framing ourselves, but are waiting for warmer weather to do that. We needed to be sure the window qualified for the energy star tax credit and , who was our project manager, provided us with all the facts and figures we needed, and then some, plus assurance that he would iron out any difficulties for us during the process. No difficulties arose. spent plenty of time explaining everything to us."

"We were first exposed to Improvements (EHI) at the Garden and Patio Show held at the fair grounds. What initially attracted us to EHI was the product line as we needed sliding glass doors and exterior siding replaced on our lake home. was the EHI representative that inspected the lake house. He was extremely knowledgable and was very enjoyable to work with. He gave us the initial quote but also pointed out areas that might require a change order after the exterior of the house was removed. This is exactly what happened. After our old sliding doors were removed, it was clear that there had been extensive water damage. and his crew were able to handle all aspects of what ended up being an extensive reconstruction of the back of the house. We were very comfortable leaving with the house keys while they worked. He called multiple times to fill us in on how things were progressing. Every time there was a change order, met us after hours at the house to show us exactly what was the issue, what needed to be done, by when would it be done, and how much it would cost. They did an excellent job. did the final walkthrough with us. There were only a few very minor things that needed to be fixed and pointed most of them out to us; no detail was too small to be fixed. We were so impressed with and the crew that we also had them paint the house and garage. They did an excellent job. again did the walkthrough and thought that the screens to the house should be replaced to make the overall look better. He actually fixed the screens for us at his cost. Because they did such an excellent job, we have actually hired them to work on our primary residence."

" was very professional. He efficiently finished his work and made sure I was pleased. He offered to come back and sand the drywall again if it needed it. I just painted the area, and you can't even tell there was work done there."

The bathroom light wasn't done to his satisfaction so he returned on his own time to fix it, very nice of him to do that."

"Geramie is a HARD WORKING, caring, professional contractor. The project started great, but a worker assigned to do some work one day didn't. Geramie personally came over the weekend to complete what the assigned worker didn't to stay on schedule (and that person was relieved of his services). At first, windows were not wanted in the sun room - there was NO PRESSURE from Geramie to add these, however, after family discussions, windows were requested and Geramie willingly complied since the construction was not past the stage of doing so easily. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Geramie was available AFTER the job to answer questions and went out of his way to bring spare parts for the windows for future use. He even purchased a telephone to put in the sunroom since he installed an extra phone voluntarily. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Geramie and LLC."

"The job went very well. did an outstanding job and even put a coat of primer on the final project. The only thing that was unexpected was that he realized, after he started the project, that it would cost a little more than he estimated ($50). Still, overall we were very satisfied, as his finish work was very precise and matched the other columns exactly. We will certainly use again for carpentry work!"
