"Several large cracks in the driveway apron were beginning to widen and crumble. was the third contractor I called. The first never returned my call, and the second quoted a price slightly higher than . All three contractors received all "A's" on Angie's List. I went with because of his responsiveness to providing a quote, his slightly lower cost, and the fact that he said he could do the work in 1-2 weeks, depending on the weather. (The other contractor who responded said it would be 45 days.) called after one week and scheduled the work within a few days. and arrived on time and did a very conscientious and professional job, explaining what they were doing and why at each step of the process. A neighbor watched them work throughout the day and he, too, was impressed with their process. My only issue was that I felt the price was a little high for the nature of the job. But explained this was the minimum cost he could entertain for any job (and his quote was slightly lower than the other one I got). I am very pleased with the outcome."

"Estimate off by several thousand dollars. He blamed the supplier because they left out significant portions of needed supplies to complete the job. At no point did he accept responsibility for not checking the list. He misjudged the time it would take and left in the middle of the job to do another job, leaving ours half done until prodded. (His reasoning: "I don't want to disappoint this other guy.") He did return after the holidays to do the tiling, pocket door and indoor painting, When he said he was finished until Spring (to finish outdoor painting, etc with better weather), the room temperature was 38 degrees. I called in heating and air condition specialist who said the work was not done correctly and when confronted, agreed to do it correctly including saying that he knew he hadn't put in in a return air duct either. did return and correct this when asked. When spring arrived, I contacted to complete the cement steps, painting , gate and gutters as per our original contract. He informed me he wasn't doing this work anymore and was turning it over to someone else who I would have to pay up front for the work. Given the history I wasn't paying up front for anything else. I had met our agreement of what to pay up front. did come out and pour the step but that is the last I have seen of him. I have had to contract with someone else to finish his work. and his crew were nice, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and they were very tolerant of our over-friendly dogs but I was looking for someone I could trust to do the job right and follow through."

"In addition to the spa removal they had to remove a of brick which surrounded the spa. They first neutralized the chemicals in the spa with sand, as pumping the water out would've killed lawn and plants. This was their idea and very much appreciated. Spa was then removed and hole was filled with gravel. Concrete was then poured, a circle, and level to the surrounding pool concrete. They also were very careful not to damage my lawn during this wet season. They didn't use their large mixer, rather they used individual wheelbarrows to bring the concrete to the backyard."

" The project went very well and I am extremely pleased with all the work that was performed.
When I called him he was quite responsive and arranged a to come over and look at the requirements of the job
and said he would send me a proposal shortly, which he did. I accepted his proposal and and we set a date for him to begin.
He started in the morning around 9 AM with himself and two empolyes and they l worked diligently all day and finished the
concrete work around 4Pm. The following week he came back with one of his employees to paint the basement while built the lamp post base and did and outstanding job. I and my wife were very pleased with the job.
All of the concrete was also done in a professional manner and we would call for any masonry work we would ever
need to have done. Thanks for all your effort and a great job!!

"He responded to my request within 24 hours, however, I explained to him that I had tentatively decided to look at travertine stone for my patio rather than concrete. I told him, however, that if I decided to go with I would contact him again."

" and completely rock! I will be using them again if I need any masonry or other services they provide.
ARS's estimate was at least 1/5 less than of the other contractors I got estimates from and his estimate had him doing more work than the other contractors. His solutions also worked and look to be the right advice compared to some of the other work that the other contractors were wanting to do to solve some of my water issues.
matched up my bricks on my home perfectly - actually he chose about 5 different styles and I picked 2 of the 5 to use as replacement bricks. You can't even tell they got replaced. The concrete work that he did looks great.
even did some work that I didn't know he was going to do - he replaced some crappy looking masonry where the previous owner had just smoothed concrete over a hole in the brick foundation with actual bricks. It looks great now where it used to be an eye sore!
I was having water in my basement and I was pretty sure it had to do with water pooling near my driveway and a bad slope that was pointing towards the house. I have had at least 5 people out to recommend a solution and is the only one that offered a good one. He dug a trench and ran a porous pipe to catch any water that might make its way near the home. He also had concrete poured to move the water away from the home towards the street. I thought there is no way that I could afford it and yet he did it for way less than what some other people told me it would cost to have done.
's wife communicated frequently with me during the process and let me know when they were running late or if there were any issues during the time they worked. They sent a contract to begin work and were responsive over the phone and through email.
deserves your consideration for work that you need done to your home."

"We found through Angie's List. was extremely courteous in all our interactions with him. He accommodated several schedule delays from other basement repairs we had going on at the same time. He and his team worked diligently for the 5 days they were in the house. On the final day they stayed until after 7 pm to finish everything. We have had several people, including the contractor who was doing the full basement finishing for us, tell us that the stained floor is the highlight of the overhauled basement. We couldn't be happier with the end result."

"We knew this job was a big one for whoever was going to do it. and his crew did a great job. was very professional and took time to look at what needed to be done. I will call him in the future if needed."

"I contacted to get a quote for replacing the concrete floor in my garage. came out to look at and measure the area on 19 August. came out on the 24th to take a second look at the job site. Both and were very kind, punctual, and had good communication. The company provided a quote via email on the date they said it would be provided. Their price was competitive with other quotes I received, but I decided to go with another company."
