"I purchased a new laptop. Lazlo was called to set it up with my wireless network. He arrived when he said he would, right on time. He perormed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. ANd the price was excellent. Much better than other I mad contacted. "

"I was surfing the Internet when computer started to grind. AVG identified malware, but couldn't remove. Sent in service request via IndyTech Pro's web site over the weekend. Received call back on Monday answering my questions. Brought in computer to their office the next day. IndyTech Pro spent a couple of days doing the work. They called with an update and then called again the next day when finished. I picked up the computer and was shown what work was performed. A different anti-virus program was suggested to me that might do a better job protecting my computer. My computer runs much better.

When I called them about dropping them off, they talked about giving me some kind of receipt because part of what they do is supposedly destroy the hard drive in the computer. They only take them in from the public one day a week and they really didn't give me anything and I asked for it. I think with the receipt they were supposed to follow up with me later confirming that the hard drive had been destroyed and that was part of the reason I took it there. I need to call them again to get more assurances that's what they are doing. They just seemed to be taking everything in and not figuring anything out with that. I was kind of disappointed in that. Supposedly they harvest other parts out of the computer. I just had their word that they destroy the hard drive. I have no suspicion that anything was done wrong but I think they should have given more feedback. They did answer the phone when I called them. I wouldn’t use them again unless I talked to them. "

Nick was able to rapidly diagnose and fix the problem: a corrupted boot sector. He was able to preserve all my data. I would not have been able to do this on my own. He's very patient & didn't quit until everything with my email & desk top was back in place & working like I wanted.
