"I called for an estimate and was promptly asked to be put on hold. Loud
music was blasted through the receiver until the receptionist picked up
the receiver again, just to put me on hold without a word. This was
repeated 10 more times within 4-5 minutes without the receptionist
apologizing for putting me on hold so many times.
When she finally picked up the receiver again to speak with me, there
was still no apology, just a surly "How can I help you?" I felt as if my
call was an inconvenience to her. The only reason I didn't hang up
after the 5th time being put on hold was because I wanted her to know
that I was not at all happy that such a highly ranked company (according
to their Angie's List profile) would treat a potential customer like
this, and that I would be doing business with another company.

"Our hardwood floors floors were cupping and we thoght it was due to moisture comming up from the crawlspace. We got two quotes and they were very competitive but the 'Doctor's" quote included using a material that had insulating properties. Our hardwood floors have flattened out and look much better and our floors are much warmer."

"When the sales rep. gave us our bid he said that he would not "BS" us. He told us that he takes the price off of the company price list. After looking on Angie's List I found that they offer a 10% discount to seniors. When I told him this he told me that he already dropped the price from $7600. Now let me be clear about this, there is nothing on our estimate showing he cut our price nor did he ever mention it. He said that he couldn't give us the senior discount that is on Angie's list. See below. I guess one man's BS is another companies gain. I went with Crawlspace Doctor.

"They thoroughly inspected our and made some repairs to the vapor caused by some pesky chipmunks. When I offered to pay, they indicated that there would not be a charge for this hour of work!
We were very pleased with everything...from the initial assessment and estimate provided by to the completion of the very major upgrade to our . They installed a new outside access door, complete with bolt lock, removed all of the old insulation and vapor , installed a new french drain and sump pit and pump, and installed a new 60 mil/R5 vapor . Also, since we did already have an interior access door, they built a two step ladder to enable my wife and I to now use the crawl space as a tornado shelter. It was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their ."
