The $150 document fee added on during all of the taxes and fees in the grand total signing was not appreciated. We decided to pick up the car two days later to give us time to get the title to the old car and transfer funds around in the bank. The night of the closing was another sales pitch for all kinds of additional services such as paint treatment, wheel insurance, key replacement, etc. I know the dealership is in business to make a profit, but I was more interested in making this night a night of enjoying picking up my new car and not another night of the sales manager trying to sell me something I did not ask for. The car had been cleaned throughly inside and out. The best prep job on a new car I have ever experienced.

called me later that night when I got home with the new car to let me know I left a parking lot pass in my trade in. I asked her if she would leave it with the receptionist and I would pick it up the next day. The pass was there for me as she said it would be. I have received numerous compliments on the car and I have been sharing my positive experience with the dealer with everyone I have talked to."

didn't seem to know anything about this type of car, maybe he specializes in a different make/model but I figured the sales person would know more. We were specifically interested in this car because it was advertised on their website and on the sticker on the car that it had the Enthusiast package which has cruise control, traction control and split differentials. We agreed on a price with the sales manager

because the tires were shot and we knew there had been paint work done to 2 panels. We then sat down to do paperwork - we went out to the car one last time to get the manual when we remembered we hadn't checked out the cruise control. We then realized that the car didn't have cruise control, which lead us to realize it didn't have the enthusiast package, which we wanted. We addressed this with the manager and sales person and were offered to take off another couple hundred dollars. This package is worth between 2-3k on a new car. We declined and said the deal was off. At this point we didn't have a ride home as we were dropped off. It costs us $50 in cab fare to get home and I expected the sales manager to have a porter take us home since their false advertising is what got and kept us there with no vehicle. The most annoying part about this is after they apologized that it was advertised incorrectly, they drove the vehicle back out to the front row display - with the same sticker on it that has false information."
