"They did a great job. They came reccommended from my insurance agency. I drive a black chevy colbalt and they matched the paint, headlight, and front end perfectly. They also replaced a windsheild that was destroyed in my wreck. They did a great job and would reccomend them to any one."

They kept my truck for two weeks while it was to take a week. They did not communicate very well with me at all. After I finally picked it up, I found that it was not completely correct. I am currently negotiating with them to redo the work. The technician there has been very argumentative and demanding. I have had a very bad experience there.

They did a great job. They got the job done quickly. They finished the work a day before I had to get a rental car. Everybody there was very helpful. I have never had a claim like this before and they were very helpful. They were very clear and put me at ease. They took care of the rental car and other things. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shop was very clean and warm. They do good work in a timely manner.

"The estimate was reasonable so I gave them the go-ahead. They would order the mirror, paint it, then call me so that I could bring the car back and wait while they installed the mirror.

called when they had finished painting and we set up an appointment. When I arrived, he removed the damaged mirror and began to install the replacement. Their parts supplier had sent them the wrong mirror--it looked correct, but the wiring was wrong.

offered me a nice discount from the original estimate because of the trouble--and the problem wasn't even their fault! Good people to deal with--highly recommended.

"one word: incredible.  From the moment i walked in and spoke to them i could tell i was going to be happy and taken care of.  I was going to get a short cab ride home, but the owner offered to take me even!   the service was top notch, including photos of the work they were doing without even asking.  the finished product is incredible.  i didnt know places like this still existed.  They definately believe in quality work rather than quantity of work.   Thank you so much.  A very pleasing experience."

"It took longer than expected because they wanted to get it right. 1st 2 windshields didn't fit well. I was happy they were conscientious enough to get it right."

was selected because of their high rating on Angie's List. My truck was looked at and a quote was giving and the insurance company was informed etc. I was told the job would take one week. I checked and double-checked this scheduling with the contact person because I HAD to have my truck for the next three weekends. I cannot emphasize this enough. The last people I had do body work (not

) really inconvenienced me by extending the deadline again and again. I told
Indianapolis Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
this. I emphasized that I could not let that happen - that I HAD to have my truck on time. They reassured me repeatedly that it would be no problem. I brought it in as scheduled on a Monday. Well, first off, GM doesn't make the fender anymore. So I immediately gave an OK to an after

fender (Tuesday). When it arrived (late), it was the wrong fender. By the time the correct one arrived, the week was almost over and I couldn't even come pick up my truck for the weekend because they had disassembled the bed. So I was forced to rent a small SUV for the weekend - something I was trying to avoid doing and was reassured I wouldn't need, due to the one week turn around. I was then promised the truck on Wednesday. Wednesday morning I was promised it on Thursday. On Thursday, I was promised it on Friday. I was extremely frustrated by this point. I had taken the rental back on Monday, thinking I would get my truck back on Wednesday. One thing that really bothered me at this point, other than the obvious missed deadlines, was that I asked to speak to the owner and the receptionist directed me to someone else. I told that person that I wanted to speak to the owner and he said he was out. I said I wanted to talk to the owner when he got back. The guy said, "you'd be talking to me anyway." So they wouldn't let me speak to him or leave a message, basically. I assume to cover their own "rear ends." When a company has possession of your vehicle, I think you should be allowed to speak to the owner. After some semi-heated discussion, I was reassured the truck would be done on Friday and it was. A week late - twice as long as promised. I asked

to seriously consider deducting my three days of rental car (only three days over the course of nearly two weeks) costs from my $500 deductible, because had things gone as promised, I would not have had to rent the car. (by the way, my insurance company was paying $20 per day for the rental, so I was only asking for the additional, about $19.16 per day) This did not go over well. They blamed everyone else - the supplier, the insurance company for writing it up wrong (although they saw the insurance write up two weeks before I brought it in), the customers who were scheduled the second week (who's jobs got in the way of finishing mine up apparently), and asked why I rented a small SUV instead of a compact (because I needed to haul things that weekend - I had gone OVER and OVER this with them when scheduling the job). In short, he said, they'd think about it. There's no doubt that the supplier was at fault initially, although it seems possible that
Indianapolis Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
could have done a bit of up front research about the availability of the fender and headed some of that off, but I don't really fault them for that. So, I asked them to ask the supplier to reimburse them. They said, "I doubt they'll do that." The bottom line is that, none of this is my (the customer) fault, and I'm the one who has been terribly inconvenienced and for some reason, I'm paying MORE for all of this (when adding the rental car costs). It wasn't the insurance company's fault either and they were paying for part of the rental car costs. I emphasized over and over that I had stressed repeatedly the need to have the truck on time and that I was not asking them to cover a rental car for two weeks, just three days. I left with my truck pretty sure they wouldn't reimburse me for it. Oddly, they had quoted an additional job for me that was worth about $1,100 that I planned to have done in a few months. I also remember filling out a form and I believe, mentioning Angie's List. I guess I thought that a $1,200 job and a pending one of over $1,100 and a bad Angie's List report would not be worth risking for $57.49 (the rental car cost), but what do I know. All I know is, they really didn't want to pay. Four days later, I received a check for the $57.49. I tell this episode not because I believe
Indianapolis Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
did a bad job. They did not. Their repair looks to be excellent. I do not tell this because I think that the root problem was really their fault. It was not. It was their supplier's fault. I do not tell this because I expect people to be perfect or never make mistakes. We all do. And when we do, we have to make them right and they did try. But, what was their fault, was to keep giving me false deadlines that had me scrambling to ask friends for rides and then cancel them only to reschedule again and again and race around to find a rental car at the last minute and schedule rides to pick that up and drop it off, etc. All of which would've been unnecessary had the job been done on time. Even if they'd have met the second deadline, that wouldn't have been so bad, but by the fourth promise/deadline, I just simply wanted to get my truck back and take it somewhere else, but couldn't. What bothers me, is that I really had to be very, very blunt and almost rude to make my point. I finally said, "I'm not going to argue with you. All I know is, none of this is my fault and yet I'm getting my truck a week late and it's costing me more. That just seems wrong to me." In the end,
Indianapolis Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
did do the right thing and their work appears to be excellent. It's just a shame that I had to go through such inconvenience to get it done and be a bit of a horse's rear end to get reimbursed such a small amount of money. My honest opinion is that, this probably rarely happens with
Indianapolis Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
, and some jobs just seem cursed from the start - this was one of them.

"Work took longer than predicted but price and insurance coverage were no problem and as promised. The quality of the work was EXCELLENT. Even though car is older, paint match was dead on!"

"After backing up with my car door open and hitting the side of the garage the door on my Lexus would not shut, and it was all bent and curled up. I took it to
Indianapolis Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
and received an estimate on the spot. The price seemed to be in line with what I had researched, so I left my car and it was ready to be picked up in just a couple of days. They did a great job and you can't tell that any work has been done on the car. I will go back if I run into something else!"
