"A two man team arrived. I showed them where all the registers were, they went to work - cleaned all the ducts. They explained a few things to me then I paid them and they left. Very polite."

"In the contract they were supposed to add insulation to my garage, but they didn’t do it the first time. They had to come back and make another appointment for this. Had my stepson not gone up and checked, I wouldn’t have known this. Their quality of work was good, but I feel they took advantage of me on the price. I have since found the same brand for much, much less. I didn’t know what to do, it was the weekend and my heat was out. I had to take money out of my retirement account to pay for this. I have a service contract with them, but I don't know if I will be renewing it."

"1/21/2011 2 men arrived and brought in large machine w/circular vent and told me it was super suction and put it on one vent. I asked if it needed to be put on all vents and was told no. One person looked at furnace it had just been cleaned day before and was told it was ok. Was told all vents needed germicidal cleaning and much dirt in vents. I was told $300 and asked how much I could afford. I said $100 and was told it wd be $300. Also told all ducts needed long brush used in them at an additional cost. While they were in another room I checked machine and there was no suction coming out of tube only blowing out cold air. I told the one who said it was his company I had a question. I asked he to use the machine to suck up a piece of dirt and he threw it down into the tube. I said no suck up a piece of dirt off the ground and I used the tube and it would not. He proceeded to open the machine and show me there was dirt in the filter and asked me if I thought the machine was for cosmetic purposes only. I then threw up my hands and said we are done here and asked them to leave. As they left I said sorry it didnt work out. I paid them nothing since thats what service they performed and they asked for no payment."
