LaGrappe, Owner of & Doors,  visited our Home to and provide a estimate for the installation ...more of 14 Replacement Windows in our 1982 Vintage Patio Home.  We had already examined the quality of the Window Product

was pricing. We were also quoted on the installation of 4 Patio Doors. The Contract was signed for the Windows and the Doors

. The deal & sale were made. The main thing in this whole Project was

reliance on a Hand shake & verbal commitment on our part and on product quality, delivery/ installation and Price. We can't say that anything went askew from the start of the project to the final installation of the Windows & Doors. I addition to the professional way the contract was handled,  the Craftsman that did the installation were in the same working vain. The Crew showed up on time and when they left there wasn't on scrap of construction evidence to be found.

& I are extremely pleased with the results and quality of the products provided and the professionalism of all the people associate with

& Doors. It was a real refreshing experience.

I did have to call him several times to confirm dates for install, but once I was able to get a hold of him, his crew was very punctual and very efficient. ...more They were very careful in removing the old glass and I was not able to find a single bit on the ground after they were done. They ran into an issue with some laminated glass, but were quickly able to sort out the issue. They shimmed the new windows into place very precisely and did not nick any of them. When they were done (which was very quick I think, maybe 4 hours total for 9 windows), they didn't leave any trash and left me the extra caulking materials with instructions on how to use them. "I called up and left a message with a receptionist but did not receive a call back. I called back a week later and received an apology. After that, the service I received from was very good and professional. I arranged for someone to come out to give me a quote, and the employee ...more (who also later installed the windows) and his apprentice came promptly at the arranged time and inspected the windows. The employee was able to see that the sealer between the original windows was not the best and the likely cause for the original windows to fog up. I received a call back from

later that day with the quote and was able to arrange for a Saturday installation a couple weeks later. Again, the installer was prompt and professional and had the three windows installed in a little over an hour."
