They presented us with the option they thought would work best, and measured to make sure that once installed, the louvers would have plenty of clearance to fully open and close. They even went the extra mile and came back a few days later with a frame built specifically for one of our windows so that my wife and I could see exactly how it was going to look and function with the existing window trim before we ordered a whole house full of shutters. If they hadn't done that we probably would have just ordered a shutter or two to see how it looked. Once they put the sample frame in we decided it looked great and was exactly what we wanted, so we ordered shutters for the entire house.

their installer came out and did final measurements and confirmed that everything would operate as planned. After about 6-8 weeks the shutters came and they called to schedule installation.
