I had them deliver water for 2 years to our summer home. It took many phone calls to both start and stop delivery both summers. It got to the point that the regional manager had to intervene to get anything done.
In all fairness this issue may be a Flagstaff area problem. Even regional managers had difficulty getting the local managers to return phone inquiries.
I spent many hours on the phone trying to fix the situation, it cannot be fixed. I pay more for water now but do not have to waste time and frustration trying to deal with a rock of a system.
Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.

There provider frequently missed water delivery. I would say that in the 18 months of having service with them, I called approximately 6 times to complain to get water delivered. They are awful. I would not use them again.

At first everything was great. Good quality water, nice delivery people. After a month or so, the delivery schedule was not adhered to and we ended up with a lot of extra empty bottles. We never knew when we would get a delivery. We ran out of distilled water at one point which is bad when you use it for a baby. The real issue began when we went to terminate service and scheduled them to pick up their items. We terminated due to a move out of state. They re-scheduled three times and still haven't picked up the cooler or extra bottles. I have called and called and no progress has been made. I even was hung-up on when I tried to talk to a manager.
Overall terrible scheduling and terrible customer service.

They are real close to where we live. The great part is that they are flexible and will work with you if you need a payment extension, but the lady running that office can be quite rude.

we've used this company for two years and signed up through Costco. They started out professionally, delivered every two weeks, and had very nice drivers. They always called us the day prior to remind us to put our bottles on the porch and they usually arrived around the same time the next day. Then this past year, they have gone down hill very quickly. They told us they would start delivering once a month, so they gave us extra water. Then proceeded to deliver every two weeks. We ended up with way too much water. Then we started getting phone calls that they would be there on Thursday, but no show, and another phone call on Friday that the truck broke down and we received our delivery on Saturday. Now, we get a reminder call, but no one shows up at all. we've had to call a few times to tell them to come because we have run out of water and they always tell us the truck broke down. Then they ask us to stick to the original agreement of 2-3 bottles of water, which was fine when they came every two weeks, but we have to complain it's been 5 weeks and we need more. We are now canceling our service with them. It's been five weeks again, our empty bottles have been sitting on our porch for two weeks, and we are almost out of water.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and helpful (I called several times with additional questions). The delivery was on time and perfect, and I am very happy with the water and the service.

They will scope the main pipe out to the connector in the middle of the road and determine what is causing the clog. They have been very quick to explain what needs to be done.

They were VERY unreliable. They never came on their schedule and the local delivery guy was completely disconnected from the "800" customer service and website. I tried to complain about delivery schedules not met and they just delivered the wrong products on the wrong day. Their service is all about on time and correct product. Neither was received.
To add insult to injury, they wanted to charge me the "energy" surcharge to pick up the water coolers.
This company has no clue.

They came out the same day that we called them. They brought all kinds of supplies because they were unaware of what damage had been done from the fire the night before. They explained every step and what they would reccomend. They worked for steady and made sure that we had water that night even though it was memorial day weekend.

Quick to come out and on time, did a great job. When the inspector thought we were missing a smoke detector, I simply had to point out that there was a dual smoke/carbon monoxide detector, and he corrected his report right away. Price list is on their website, so you can see exactly how much it will cost for anything missing. No surprise fees. Only thing was it took some time to get the completion certificate etc to escrow, but that is because our close of escrow date was a few weeks away, so they prioritized it in order of urgency, which I understand. I just like to get stuff in and done so quickly, and wanted escrow to have it in their hands earlier so there were no delays. However there were no delays and they got it in with plenty of time to go. Would definitely use them again.
