"I have a flat roof over the front porch of my house that had a leak. The leak had caused some of the wood in the porch framing to rot.  There were also a couple of skylights in the roof that needed replacing.  In the past, I have tried calling other roofing companies but several of them did not want to deal with a flat roof that was as small ...more as this was (about 350 sq ft).  I called

and asked him to give me an estimate.  He came to the house within a day and had an interesting solution to offer.  He recommended using a product called Hydro Stop to seal the roof.  This product is painted on like a coat of epoxy, but when it hardens it becomes like a coat of rubber.  After receiving his estimate (within a day), I decided to go ahead.  His guys came out within a couple of days. They stripped the existing roof down, flashed the whole area (replacing some siding), replaced the skylights, re-sealed the roof, fixed all of the woodrot, and repainted/retouched the areas that were affected.   Overall, the whole experience was very positive.  From the moment I called to the moment the problem was solved was about a week.

"It went great. They didn't immediately recommend replacing the whole roof as it had only some lifted tiles. They immediately went to work and got the job done with a minimum amount of fuss. The patch is totally invisible and the roof no longer leaks. Yay!"

"I have used these guys a times, most recently to replace rolled roofing on a carport roof. They did not get it laid out right, due to the roof not being perfectly square, and there was an unsightly gap where the rolls didn't cover completely. They were good about patching that area to make it look better and latter came back ...more a couple times to re-roll it, when I thought it was leaking. (Which is was not.) Still, it looks a bit unsightly; I think that they should have planned and measured better to start with."
