Our girl needed a hair cut for summer...but, more importantly, her ears had become very matted with fur close to the skin. Her grooming trailer came right to the house - hooking up to our water and electricity - which was very convenient. , she seemed much more relaxed and accepting of the grooming. it was a relief to not see her so stressed out. My husband and I were very impressed with their service and would recommend their services highly. "

"My dog and a considerable amount of our money have been going to for about 2 1/2 years for Vet and boarding services. We brought our dog in to be boarded for 2 nights. When we came to pick him up, the front desk staff ignored us and talked amongst themselves. We waited several minutes before being acknowledged, then it took ...more 10 mins for them to find someone to get our dog from the back. When we left I noticed that they had trimmed his nails (as we had requested and paid for) but it looked like it had been done hastily and left extremely jagged edges. Since he is usually tired after boarding he laid on the floor and closed his eyes to , I assumed, rest. When I got home I realized there was a BIG problem with one of his eyes....he couldn't even hold it open. The entire side of his face was soaked with tear production. I couldn't believe they had not noticed this while he was there..they are vets after all!! So we got back in the car and drove back to WAAC. The same discourteous behavior occurred with the front desk staff only this time they were making fun of a client that had just called in on the phone in front of us. We asked to have the vet look at our dog and we were told that he could be brought to the back but WE COULD NOT COME WITH HIM and because they were medicating animals, and we could not talk to the vet because they were TOO BUSY. After complaining that our animal had become injured under their care and this was unacceptable we were left to wait for even longer. Then miraculously the vet COULD see us. The vet was nice and professional, and she examined him for about 8 mins. She tested and confirmed that he had a scratched

...which is no surprise since his claws looked like someone had taken to a weed-eater to them, and prescribed some ointment. She refused to accept responsibility for his injury. We gathered him up to go but were stopped at the door to pay out....$90 bill!!!!! For a "comprehensive exam" and medication. Again, we had to argue that that we should not have to pay since the exam was only a result of their actions and they agreed to waive the visit but insisted we pay for the medication. (It was "Policy") After this whole debacle we wanted to speak to a manager but were referred to the office manager, a glorified

, who is there only on week days for a few hours. WE WILL NEVER BRING OUR DOG BACK TO WAAC. The office manager did call us the very next day to express her concern. She was reasonable and polite, and promised to look into the discourteous behavior of their staff. She did not agree to refund the money we spent on medication. I expect way more from a vet and so should every pet owner. On a side note when we got home our dog ate and drank like he hadn't had access to food or water so it makes me question their boarding practices."

"I have a rescue dog that has fear aggression. I was worried about how she'd behave at the groomer. I had explained the situation and I was worried when I dropped her off. There was not a single problem. Several people have worked with my dog, and she is always happy when I pick her up. They are good working with dogs that have issues. You make an appointment ...more like a hair appointment. The dogs get personalized attention and you don't leave them there all day. The only area of improvement needed is the estimation of pick time, but my dog always looks great and is happy and calm, so I will continue to use them."

"This was a very nice experience. I did not schedule very far in advance at all (I had company coming and realized that my dogs were DIRTY). They called to confirm the appointment the day before, and then called to tell me that they would be about 20 minutes late. They have a mobile van that has everything they need to wash, groom and dry the dogs. I felt that this was comparable to the price/service I have received at a doggie daycare - without the commute for me. My dogs were a little nervous in the beginning (it's a loud vehicle) but very happy with the end results. The overall experience was professional and quick. It's really nice not to have to drive my two big dogs to a groomer."

"I have been taking my 2 cats here for 4 years now. At first, I really enjoyed going there, it s clean and the staff was professional. It was on the high end of vet costs, but I didn t mind paying the extra cost because it was convenient to my house. However, recently they swapped chart information and got my two cats confused, even though they look ...more completely different. This was an issue because one has recently developed a health ailment and we are trying to track his progress. In addition, when I had one of the cats shaved for the summer time, he came back with nicks all over him. I have been very disappointed and decided to leave. "

"we've been using for our 3 dogs for Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming since they opened a few years ago and have been nothing but pleased. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating and the dogs love it, it beats a typical boarding kennel hands down for the dogs."

"This was my third or fourth time taking my dog to them. They cut his head short even though I requested not to and he developed bumps and scabs later that day and the next day. I took him to the vet where they informed me that he had been burned multiple times (more than 10 times) by the electric razor. I have not taken my dog back."

"My cat spent two weeks in a kennel and came back filthy. We called all over town to find a groomer who could take her on short notice on a weekend, and nobody else would. They were very friendly, my very shy cat seemed fine when I picked her up, and I was pleased with the price."
