Houston Pediatric Dentists Reviews

"He's good. He's a nice person. I don't feel that he takes all kinds of people or payments. He is honest which is the biggest thing."

"They were great. They have a nice waiting room for kids with cartoons. It was my kids’ first dental visit and they felt very comfortable; they didn’t force them to do anything that they didn’t want to do. It was more to introduce them to the office and to give them a tour."

"She has a great manner with the kids. She's very knowledgeable. Her office is painted and decorated and kids find it friendly. She's got fish tanks and movie screens up on the ceilings for the kids to watch while she's cleaning. Her hygienist is really good with the kids too. A couple of years ago she was still in practice with an older gentleman and he's retired and she's taken over the practice. They don't use the insurance, they used to give me forms and I had to fill them out and get reimbursed by the insurance company, but now they do the insurance which is awesome. we've had real good history with them. we've had no complaints. I would continue to use her practice for my children. "

"My daughter had a new tooth poking out just behind her very-firmly-in-place baby incisor. If the baby tooth stayed in place there was a risk that the new tooth would not have space in her mouth. Dr.

and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and were proactive about correcting it. My daughter was, frankly, terrified. She's an anxious kid. Everyone at the office was friendly and professional, and did their best to soothe and accommodate her. The procedure was performed under sedation and was over quickly. She had no pain and has no negative memories from the experience, so we think that it went as well as it can. The only

was that the records from our first diagnostic visit disappeared. When we visited Dr.

's office the first time, their computerized record system was down and that caused a bit of confusion. They took notes on paper and x-rays on film, but these were misplaced and difficult to find when we returned for the actual extraction. Dr.

sought us out personally to apologize sincerely, and I feel that this mishap was just a random infrequent occurrence. Overall, everyone was great to my kid and did their very best to calm and comfort her. I'm definitely returning.

"She is highly efficient, runs on time and educates parents about the children's dental health. She has an extraordinary and very family friendly practice. She is also willing to refer to good specialist, if needed."

"We have been seeing Dr.
Houston Pediatric Dentists Provider Name Locked
as our pediatric dentist for 8 months. My babies are some what scared of strangers. My two year old hates having her teeth brushed. She is comfortable with Dr.

. They take their time, and don't rush the children. They don't talk down to the children. They are really patient. They have an office set up in such a way that is so much fun. My children look forward to going to the dentist. They have toys, video games, a kitchenette, and prizes for the kids. The staff is fantastic! They are just as warm and patient as the doctor. "

"Anytime we are at the office it is a very pleasant experience. We are always greeted with friendly staff members, and smiling faces! There is never a very long wait time, which is great when it comes to children and our busy schedules! My granddaughter who is seen by the Doctors/staff has had major anxiety in the past, and is also ADHD, and they are absolutely amazing with her! She loves going in for her check ups, and picking out her favorite "flavors". They treat me and my family with compassion each and every time, and explain things to me in a way which I am able to understand. If we need to work on something, they provide us with tips which we can work on at home to help improve, and present them in a way which is fun and intriguing for the children. At one point, we did have some treatment that needed to be done, and we were concerned with payments and a time schedule. Fortunately, they were very accommodating and willing to work with us given our situation. That is something we value in our service providers, and one of the many reasons we love
