"I really like this vet. They know and seem to generally like my dog. The vet is always nice and helpful. I have done vet visits where I stay and others where I drop them off for the day. In both cases the vets have been great. I have been using the vet for the last 2 years. They are close and cheap, but have good service and nice people."

"The staff was friendly and accomodating, they obviously cared for our cats closely, adjusted their normal operating procedures for a cat who was scared of the hair dryer. The Kennel seemed to be reasonably clean and someone was always in attendance. Our cats returned to us well adjusted suggesting to us they had been played with and given attention throughout the stay."

) also often stays there over night. The cats there are always feel peoples' presence, they are never closed in the cages and left to themselves in closed room with no one around. Quite on the contrary - there's always someone who checks on them, calls them by their names, plays with them, periodically takes them out to the play room, on rotation basis, to avoid physical contact with other cats. In short - this is a place where you can entrust your kitty with a full confidence that she'll be taken a very good care so that you can enjoy your vacation or be on a business trip with no worries."

"I was very pleased with the over all experience. When I brought in, they asked if I wanted them to go ahead and give her the shots she was going to need next month. They let me walk back to see the room where she would be staying. When I came to pick her up on Monday at 9, they said she just a had a bath and wasn't dry yet ...more and that she would ready at 3. I didn't mind coming back, but I wish they would have called about the delay instead of me showing up. The pick up experience was very nice. I had my daughter with me, so they offered to help take

played. I found the price to be reasonable. We were paying $20 a night for a regular kennel at our old vet, and this one was $26 for a kennel that had it's own doggy door. I would defiantly recommend them and use them again."

"The people at were absolutely wonderful from the moment I dropped off my kitty and picked him up again. They truly care for the kitties and do all possible to make the kitty and their owners comfortable. My kitty didn't want to come home!"

"My dog and a considerable amount of our money have been going to for about 2 1/2 years for Vet and boarding services. We brought our dog in to be boarded for 2 nights. When we came to pick him up, the front desk staff ignored us and talked amongst themselves. We waited several minutes before being acknowledged, then it took ...more 10 mins for them to find someone to get our dog from the back. When we left I noticed that they had trimmed his nails (as we had requested and paid for) but it looked like it had been done hastily and left extremely jagged edges. Since he is usually tired after boarding he laid on the floor and closed his eyes to , I assumed, rest. When I got home I realized there was a BIG problem with one of his eyes....he couldn't even hold it open. The entire side of his face was soaked with tear production. I couldn't believe they had not noticed this while he was there..they are vets after all!! So we got back in the car and drove back to WAAC. The same discourteous behavior occurred with the front desk staff only this time they were making fun of a client that had just called in on the phone in front of us. We asked to have the vet look at our dog and we were told that he could be brought to the back but WE COULD NOT COME WITH HIM and because they were medicating animals, and we could not talk to the vet because they were TOO BUSY. After complaining that our animal had become injured under their care and this was unacceptable we were left to wait for even longer. Then miraculously the vet COULD see us. The vet was nice and professional, and she examined him for about 8 mins. She tested and confirmed that he had a scratched

...which is no surprise since his claws looked like someone had taken to a weed-eater to them, and prescribed some ointment. She refused to accept responsibility for his injury. We gathered him up to go but were stopped at the door to pay out....$90 bill!!!!! For a "comprehensive exam" and medication. Again, we had to argue that that we should not have to pay since the exam was only a result of their actions and they agreed to waive the visit but insisted we pay for the medication. (It was "Policy") After this whole debacle we wanted to speak to a manager but were referred to the office manager, a glorified

, who is there only on week days for a few hours. WE WILL NEVER BRING OUR DOG BACK TO WAAC. The office manager did call us the very next day to express her concern. She was reasonable and polite, and promised to look into the discourteous behavior of their staff. She did not agree to refund the money we spent on medication. I expect way more from a vet and so should every pet owner. On a side note when we got home our dog ate and drank like he hadn't had access to food or water so it makes me question their boarding practices."

"I called to check-in on my pet on the sixth day, was told pet was great except for mild diarrehea. I was told the pet had loose stools for Tuesday and Wednesday but this was over and pet is doing great. On the eigth day, received a phone call from the facility asking permission to take pet to the hospital as she was vomitting and had diarrehea again. ...more Facility explained they had given pet a special wet food to stop diarrehea (EN). I called and talked to my doctor and pet had blood in her stools, they were keeping her overnight with a IV, and would provide some medicene. Picked up pet on the ninth day, facility provided a report which indicated pet had diarrehea since the second day, and both Immoduim and EN were given. This was a different story then when I called for the check-up. No medicene was provided when I picked up the pet and no instructions from Doctor. Called Doctor again, and the facility left the medicene as they just took off when they received the dog. Doctor asst said the facility could not properly handle the dog while in the hospital. Reviewed food intake and pet was given less that half expected dry food and at least twice the amount of yogurt instructed. Yogurt was spoiled and was a sickly yellow color. I purchased the yogurt the day that I delivered the pet and had a ample expiration date."

"We have two cats. We use them 2 or 3 times a year. They do a good job and they document how they spent their time. They come in for 1/2 hour a day. They clean the cat box, feed and play with the cats. They will bring in the mail and paper if I want. They seem very trustworthy and dependable. "
