"The technician did arrive earlier than originally scheduled. I was not onsite since this was not the time we had agreed upon. He contacted me and waited while I arrived. He did a very thorough job of explaining how the alarm worked once it was installed. It was a rather lengthy process for installation, but I was expecting that. I'm not certain how the monitoring will go, as we haven't started that yet."

I then asked them to install the additional equipment. They scheduled the install the for 2 days later. They showed up on time, a 2 hours window, and installed, tested the existing equipment as well as the new equipment. They reviewed their records for my system and noticed it had been 3 years since a small battery, in a small zone transmitter, was 3 years old so they recommended I replace that also. They did all of that work plus the small battery for the same amount quoted. I should also say that they have done work for me previously. I was having a false alarm problem and they were able to resolve that issue at a fair cost."
