He called back and I met him Wednesday afternoon at the appointed time. He took measurements and gave me a quote. When he saw the color of the stain I had; he said to me that they usually use a different color and didn?t think it will match. So he used his own stain and worked on it for it to match the stain on the shelves to that of the floors. "

At 1:42 we called, since we had not heard from him, and asked where he was at, he stated that he was still at his house and that he could leave now and be there in 45 min.
